Travel comes by this area and saw this place. So give them a try . Nice place friendly guy who served me. Sort opening New management and new look. Disappointed about no more sushi , but still good. Clean and bright. I will be back

I’ve ordered from Ken’s Asian Bistro a few times, hoping it’ll get better, but unfortunately it did not. This last time I ordered the Spicy Shrimp Thai Style with pan fried rice and a veggie spring roll for lunch. It was more of a Spicy ONION Thai Style for the plate full of sliced onions and 4 shrimp I received. Whatever that was in the spring roll was mushy.

Ordered via Uber Eats. Ramen was so bad we couldn’t eat it. One tasted like nothing and the other smelled/tasted like urine. The seasoned eggs were old and crumbly. On top of that Uber Eats would in refund $19 out of the $57 we spent on the order.

This location is terrible! They aren’t descriptive on their menus. I ordered 5 pieces of chicken wings and fried rice. Let me not get started on the fried rice. Fried rice isn’t the word more like brown rice with pieces of yellow stuff that is supposed to look like eggs?? I give them props on the chicken wing because it was tasty but other than that this place disappointed me. The second item I ordered was chow mein!!! WHERE IS MY CRISPY NOODLES??! I don’t think wontons are supposed to be classified as crispy noodles. The chow mien or whatever came like soup like I was basically eating soup and some vegetables. Their website wasn’t clear on this and I am truly disappointed. Please!! I am begging you!! don’t waste your time, energy or money on a place that would not give you your money. Let me not get started on the customer service!! Very rude and hostile!! 0/10 would not recommend this place. I had to throw away the fried rice because it wasn’t it. I was SO NICE TO GIVE THEM A 3 dollar tip!!!

This is no longer “Ken’s Asian Bistro” but they have been preserving name for online order site. Restaurant is under new management including new cook. They have a new takeout menu inside and cashier told me they are adding a number of new dishes.
This used to be our to go restaurant for takeout since we all ate Asian dishes and enough variety for all of us. We decided to order by phone and discovered that Sushi was no longer available and almost all dishes went up at least a dollar in price and we had ordered recently. We went online instead and ordered four dishes and an appetizer Agedashi Fried Tofu. The Pad Thai was as I expected but the Beef Chow Fun and the Singapore Rice Noodles did not taste at all like they were previously.
We shall not likely to be returning.

The service was great, as I ate in – the two people who helped me were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, some of the most sub-par asian food I’ve had. I ordered gyoza that were rubbery and lukewarm and an unremarkable flavor. The General Tso’s barely had any flavor other than sweet. The sake tasted like melted plastic. Definitely felt I had overpaid. Wish the food was as great as the service. I probably won’t give it a second chance.

Got delivery from here, can’t speak to service or atmosphere. Pad Thai was inedibly fishy and the noodles were mushy. Fried rice didn’t have any veggies and was undercooked/crunchy. Sesame chicken was okay. Over half of the meal went into the trash, very disappointing.

I seen small maggots roaming in my food and the Shrimp was still alive trying to leave my food. I’ve never seen anything like this. They also threatened to force me to drink their dirty mop water if I didn’t leave. I hope they shut down this store.

I got food on Grubhub and I ordered ramen. It arrived with the soup base missing. The driver told me to refund it on Grubhub. Not 8 minutes later a restaurant employee comes to our door with the soup base for me. I feel so badly and there is no way to refund the refund, so I wanted to leave them a nice review. The food is good and they clearly go above and beyond for their customers! I’ll be going back to them again, specifically for that reason.
