I’ve ordered from Ken’s Asian Bistro a few times, hoping it’ll get better, but unfortunately it did not. This last time I ordered the Spicy Shrimp Thai Style with pan fried rice and a veggie spring roll for lunch. It was more of a Spicy ONION Thai Style for the plate full of sliced onions and 4 shrimp I received. Whatever that was in the spring roll was mushy.

This location is terrible! They aren’t descriptive on their menus. I ordered 5 pieces of chicken wings and fried rice. Let me not get started on the fried rice. Fried rice isn’t the word more like brown rice with pieces of yellow stuff that is supposed to look like eggs?? I give them props on the chicken wing because it was tasty but other than that this place disappointed me. The second item I ordered was chow mein!!! WHERE IS MY CRISPY NOODLES??! I don’t think wontons are supposed to be classified as crispy noodles. The chow mien or whatever came like soup like I was basically eating soup and some vegetables. Their website wasn’t clear on this and I am truly disappointed. Please!! I am begging you!! don’t waste your time, energy or money on a place that would not give you your money. Let me not get started on the customer service!! Very rude and hostile!! 0/10 would not recommend this place. I had to throw away the fried rice because it wasn’t it. I was SO NICE TO GIVE THEM A 3 dollar tip!!!

I never left a review before but the customer service was 2/10 my fried rice was literally only white rice with soy sauce you can see the white rice and I ordered crab rangoon which usually come with sauce I feel like if you don’t sell it like that you should say and when I called to order and when I called to ask if I was missing anything she was rude and swift as if she didn’t want to talk and I had the nerve to leave a tip

Worse Chinese I’ve ever had. The Ken’s simple platter included undercooked and fishy spring rolls, greasy shrimp tempura, cheap frozen tasting wing (though the description says wings), the teriyaki chicken tastes like vinegar, and no sauces were included when delivered. The triple delight was no better. Last time I order from Ken’s.

I have no idea why a group of people decided to give this place low reviews all six months ago. I’ve been ordering from here for years and it’s good. I recommend the Singapore noodles. And they are open late. Delivery is quick.
