I got them twice in one week cause I really wanted to give them the benefit of doubt… the first time I ordered mini rib tips; they were $15 !! (Picture attached) they were also dry and didn’t come w bread like they said. The second time I got pork chops Mac and cheese and collard greens. The pork chops skin was so soggy and I ordered in store, the collard greens I suppose were supposed to have meat in it but it was literally just bones and no meat at all, the Mac and cheese was ssa (as the kids would say)

I stopped at this restaurant for my lunch and the portions that are displayed on the counter are not the portions that you receive. The food is extremely overpriced and the food is average. Overall, I truly wouldn’t recommend returning this restaurant for executive attempt based off of the quality. I didn’t notice when you walk in some of the sides look like they’ve been sitting there for about a week now and they are not properly heated to sit out to serve individuals. I definitely believe this is a restaurant that the health department will be stopping by very soon. I can truly see this business, shutting down very soon and it’s sad to see another black owned business go under.

The security guard made the experience acceptable. The cashier was so sweet and kind… however WHOever was in the back peeking over his shoulder, should have been looking at the table… i just need to know why weren’t my tips in pieces. Thankfully I caught the special because for full price I would have felt robbed for real lol. It was good after I added more of my own bbq sauce. Some chefs are so stingy like it’s their own supply, it’s KENNY’s … he should have plenty after all these years of business.

Why don’t they put sauce on your food? I asked for extra sauce (which I paid $1.25) extra and it was still dry. The pieces of turkey tops were dry. I do not recommend.

Well, let me just start off saying that the food was great. I ended up getting the ribs and the two chicken wings. The young lady asked me if I wanted my barbecue sauce on the side and I told her yes well when I receive my food I came to discover that my barbecue sauce was poured all over my food mind you this meal comes with fries and a side of coleslaw and when they say a side of coleslaw, it’s a sample although it was good. I just don’t think it was worth the money and the fact that they poured barbecue sauce all over my food even my wings that were just fried did not sit well with me other than that the food was good, but I’m gonna need them to do better….. below is what they call a side of coleslaw ♀️

Upon walking in, the security guard was leaning on the garbage can as if he was waiting on his order, the two front counter people seemed not to be a team, and my order wasn’t only room temperature but the tips were too tough to eat and the hot link wasn’t even a hot link, not sure what it was but tasted horrible. Called to place my order ahead of time, but was told I couldn’t do call in orders. I found an ordering service online and placed my order. I arrived at Kenny’s 20 mins later, and the food was not ready. I had to wait another 15 mins for my food. Cashier had a blank facial expression for Everything. No smile. No greeting. No goodbye. Just blank. A woman with blondish lox gave me my order with a smile and double checked it for me. The food was good. That customer service needs a Big improvement.

I placed mybordernand was told there would be ABOUT A 15 MINUTE WAIT. That was at 3pm. I waited 30+ minutes & was told another 15 minutes in which I asked for a refund and it was refused. I waited 1½ hours for a hot link dinner. This is not the first time, but I swear on my life it’s the last damn time. You will NEVER receive another dollar of mine.
