Kenny’s Kale is hands down one of the best healthy lunch spots around. I ordered the JamaiKale salad and it was absolutely delicious. The Jamaican-inspired flavors were bold, fresh, and perfectly balanced. If you love fresh salads with real flavor, this is it.

First impression is everything. I had the opportunity to meet the owner Kenny. He was pleasant and his recommendations were awesome. I had the Kale salad with shrimp and crab meat. It was plentiful and delicious. Just enough dressing and a great balance. The kale was not tart and over powering.
The place is a nice spot to grab and go and sit and chill and play some music on vinyl. The workers are very nice and pleasant as well. I will definitely be going back.

Kenny’s Kale was such a pleasant surprise! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was amazing — peaceful, welcoming, and full of positive energy. I absolutely loved seeing the Bible placed right at the door. That small touch spoke volumes.
The outside doesn’t do the inside justice — it’s a whole vibe once you step in. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious! The lemonades were bursting with flavor, and the customer service was super friendly and helpful.
If I could suggest one thing, it would be to offer samples of the seasonings so guests can see how they taste with the food. But other than that, everything was on point. Definitely a spot I’ll be returning to. Highly recommend!

Quite Delicious! My hair stylist recommended this place at least 3 months ago, but living in Virginia with DMV’s traffic made it difficult to visit. Since I was in the area today I decided to stop by. Boy am I glad I did. I ordered the Get the Kale Out of Here with the Jamaikale and my husband ordered the NikkKale with OffishKalely in Love. We loved every single bite. My husband was worried because I don’t usually like kale by itself but this place seasoned the kale to perfection! We WILL visit again! I also tried their guava & passion fruit lemonade and banana pudding. The drink was way too sweet for me. Added it to 2 cans of sparkling water, instant hit in my house. The banana pudding was ok but I do prefer mine with a butt load of wafers. There’s only had a few whole ones and a few crushed ones inside. Definitely not enough for me. Overall, enjoyed our food immensely.

Stopped by this place and I must say it was an absolute pleasure! The cashier who was soo pleasant, knowledgeable, and friendly made it a great experience! The decor there is top tier, the smell of the fragrance was very sensational. The salmon is wild caught, and cooked perfectly! Shrimp was not over cooked, and was seasoned with jerk sauce! The kale was fresh, crunchy, and filled with a flavorful punch!! Pull up, stop by, roll by, whatever you do. Come by this place I’ll be back!

Amazing place! Hardest part was choosing what to get because it all looked so good. Once I finally did choose- I did not regret it. Delicious flavor of shrimp and crab over the kale. I got the smaller size and it was perfect for me. And do NOT sleep on the banana pudding, my gosh that was something I’ll never forget. What a great hidden gem!

I remember the light. The decorum of the place and the customer service is very stellar. The establishment is not very big in size but it is very cozy. It has a very intimate atmosphere and the food is great. Everything about the food was tasty. The kale was good. The additions to the care was good. The ingredients were fresh. You can tell everything is very freshly made and the hibiscus drink was good so everyone in there was pleasant patient and willing to serve Aunt. I fell in love with the place once again. It’s hard to find and it’s hard to have parking there, but it’s worth it at first. I didn’t think too many people knew about it, but as I waited for my food more and more people just came through and it was good to see you guys doing my review

We all know Kale is bitter! Not here!! Flavorful. I got the staple Oh Kale Yea, shrimp and crabmeat with garlic and parm, I got the 16oz, which was around $17, I tore that bowl up now the relish drinks Wildberry lemonade was bomb $6 the banana pudding was good but hyped in my opinion. I love lots of cookies in mine But also $6 or 7. So around $31 for a salad, drink and banana pudding I’m definitely coming back.

My 1st time here was last week. I placed a door dash order tonight for dinner, and when I tell you the food is the bomb. Com it’s all that! I ordered the 32oz both times with hopes of saving some for later, however that plan didn’t work. I cleaned the tray both times. I will be ordering the meal prep option tomorrow. You gotta try this. I love it.
