DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Ordered hot wings and they gave us undercooked wings that werent even breaded! The meat felt like rubber! I stopped because of a big sign they have in front of the restaurant, advertising a 3 piece leg with a side meal, deal. I get inside for the guy behind the counter to tell me they only have the 2 legs and thigh with a side deal. He said, “Look on the window outside.” I explained that I didn’t want that deal, I wanted the deal on the big bill board outside on the sidewalk for the 3 legs. After all that, he says they don’t have that deal. I told him he needed to remove the big sign outside his restaurant. I had to get the 2 piece with a thigh meal smh. The price was cheaper for that than to just get 2 legs and fries. The chicken was ok, but they gave me old fries that were cold. I tried one as soon as I got in my car. I just gave up at that point and headed to the highway to go home.

I went in last night after 1 AM to get a burger combo and I was treated unfairly by the kitchen. They have to be watched. I ended up getting a refund and he tried to tell me he didn’t have my $.25 included in my refund. I had to tell him to dig it out of the tip jar

The food here is only good to people who are not used to home cook meals they always given you any type of food hard little chicken I’m a nice A little I mean chicken wings chicken wings are already small so how you giving out preemie chicken wings they don’t follow your instructions they make your food how the majority likes it not how you like it would never eat there again I tried them stop route I’m just like I forget why I stopped going there but won’t forget again go to Crowns if you live in Mount Vernon 14th Avenue and 1st Street I swear they got somebody over there in the back frying that chicken and crisco you will not be disappointed

Not sure who they have back there frying the chicken but…. start cooking the darn chicken thoroughly! NEVER had such a raw piece of meat in my life. It’s as if they took it out the box and dropped it in the oil and took it out 10 min b4 time. That raw smell was disgusting. Like dam, wash the blasted chicken with some lemon juice or viniger first! My gosh it was so awful! No excuse for messing up fried chicken! Even hot sauce couldn’t kill that nasty raw smell! For crying out loud!

This Kennedy’s has a big belly guy in the morning, who normally mans the grill now taking orders occasionally and big belly is STEALING FROM AND HARASSING CUSTOMERS. This man will charge you whatever he wants and tell you prices after. Along with it he will ignore you, not give you your food. The little old guy thats with him follows his every move. They BOTH need to be fired immediately.
