Nice little place for an area without many options. Decent food quality, portions are maybe on the smaller side for the price, but lots of options. Parking available but a little cramped (could be because of the season). Atmosphere is nice to be in and service was quick. Their rolls are probably the best on their menu in terms of value for quality and portion, although I’d try their lunch menu if you’re there at the right time. Place with busy with quite a lot of take out orders going in as well

This place is by far one of my favourite get together places that I will ever go to. The people are amazing super friendly and the energy they give is always by far the best. They always put a smile on me and my family’s face and treat us like old friends every time we see them. The food is super filling and very affordable. When I say I recommend this place I mean it.

Cute decorations, and good music choice (mostly piano instrumentals). All seating spots are nice and have a good vibe.
I really like that they had an imitation crab tempura, because I haven’t seen it in other restaurants yet.
Their rolls were standard but nonetheless good, and had a good ratio of filling to rice.
Their torched salmon roll is very fatty and creamy, with a very generous portion of salmon.
Their miso soup was very good, one of my favourites. Not too salty, great portion of seaweed and and tofu. Had a slightly sweet aroma that was fantastic. Their salad had a generous amount of sauce, however was fairly watered down.
The salmon avocado don was extremely filling, and had a very generous amount of salmon. There is also a great portion of rice. The avocado was creamy and in a perfect state. The rice is seasoned like sushi rice, which gives it a great taste in addition. The don doesn’t have any additional sauce or salt factor, so I recommended dipping the salmon and avocado in soy sauce to pair with the rice. Overall, very filling and satisfying.
Generally, kenji is a good restaurant that will satisfy your sushi cravings. Had a good experience!

One of my absolute favorite sushi spots! The service is always quick, friendly, and efficient, making every visit such a pleasure. The quality of the fish is consistently outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. What I really love is that everything is made right on the spot as you order, so you know you’re getting the freshest sushi possible. Every dish we’ve tried has been top-notch, and the attention to detail really shows. A go-to place for anyone who appreciates excellent sushi and great service in Aurora!!

The hand rolls are exceptional: Fresh, generous, and perfectly balanced. The torched oshi sushi was especially memorable: rich and, flavourful, and executed well. We were also pleasantly surprised that their party trays include oshi sushi, which was a refreshing and welcome change from the typical selections you see elsewhere.
Service was outstanding from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and are already looking forward to returning.

Absolutely phenomenal food, phenomenal service, and staff conduct is welcoming, friendly, yet professional. My friends and I have fallen in love with Coco, she really brings light to this place. I’m sure every other staff member is also amazing – always nice. Plus, the place is very clean. First time I tried to bring my friends here, they were reluctant and kept saying they only want the best of the best, I insisted, brought them, and they said it was the best food and experience they had in a sushi restaurant. I keep coming back.

Came with family. we ordered a set of 44 rolls(11 for each) for $42. In just 5 minutes it was served. The sushi looked great, came with free ginger, wassabi and even complimentary tea. Waitress was nice and friendly. Would absolutely recommend.
