Very confusing location went to two different doors before I finally see a sign for the right location. However, there is no signage in view from anywhere along the way that you park so had i not ended up in the correct spot on accident. I would’ve never found the place.

Best sushi roll I’ve had in a while! Highly recommend the Super Spider Roll w/Seared Salmon on top. Great portions, so one special roll is enough to fill you up. Grab a beer and catch a game inside or on chill on the rooftop and catch the sunset. Ken Sushi rocks!!!

Can’t say I had any expectations from Kenbu. I do like the fact the ratings are very high…deservedly so I can confirm. I still find it a bit odd that one can get such delicious high quality food at a food cart. The ingenuity of Oregonians…kudos!!

Hand’s down my favorite item I tried so far. This is what I envisioned a Sushi Burrito tasting like. I’ve been disappointed before at several other Sushi Burrito fusion concepts. Kenbu knocked it out of the park. It’s not big, but it’s put together rather well. All the ingredients, the Eel, Salmon, Crab, Avocado, and Cucumber tasted really fresh. The spicy sauce gave it a nice little kick without being overly spicy.
~ SPIDER MAN B-ROTTO – 4/5
My friend’s kids love this “B-ROTTO” I thought it was good, but not my favorite. Very well done, the Tempura soft shell crab is cooked to perfection the crab, avocado, cucumber, green leaf tempura crispy with spicy and eel sauce just make this a delight to chow down.
~ PANINI – 4/5
Very interesting. This wasn’t on the menu at the time of my visit. My friend had it before and literally asked them to make it. It’s not a traditional Panini. There is no bread on this one. It’s looks like it could be Keto friendly…but I think there is rice in it. Just don let get cold, it gets soft and rubbery. Engulf when warm…you have been warned.
Will most definitely return when I’m in the area.

The Nigiri is the best value in town for the quality! I love their Miso soup too. The rolls are delicious but more on the pricey side. To that end, I’m a very frugal Nigiri lover and this is now my GO TO sushi spot in Portland.
I will note that the bar that is attached does not serve any Japanese beers or Sake. To the contrary the bar/indoor eating area is a cold, annoying and loud sports bar that I will absolutely avoid. To that end – I will forever be doing take out sushi from here!

Seriously the freshest and tastier sushi I found in Portland! Loved the Chirachi Bowl I got, came with salmon, tuna, white fish, shrimp, octopus, avocado and a few other stuff. Lots of rice too, good portion for the price! Can’t wait to try more things from their menu!

Phenomenal! Kenny Sushi uses high quality fish, which makes familiar offerings like the generous chirashi bowl fantastic experiences. But what really makes Kenbu Sushi stand out is their creativity. I recommend trying the Cube Tower Roll – salmon, tuna, avocado, spicy mango sauce, and strawberries, all on top of crunchy fried sushi rice. There are many other delightful creations on the menu, and I look forward to trying more!
