Ordered take out with friends since the lady with glasses that works there is extremely rude and we have had multiple bad customer service encounters with her before to the point we no longer dine in. Ordered sticky buns and opened the sauce container and before dipping in noticed mold growing. Completely ruined appetite.

Ordered take out today and had some yummy food!! The soup dumplings were super delicious with a nice sweeter flavor. The noodles themselves were also yummy and the vegetables were very flavorful. We even received some drinks to try by our nice waitress! Would recommend eating here again.

The food never misses however the girl with glasses is honestly terrible. She’s very rude unfortunately and talks to people like she just hates being there. i’m a local so i used to love kenshin and to dine in.. but after a few encounters with her I decided to grab my asian cuisine from else where so her energy doesn’t ruin my experience.

Haven’t been to this restaurant since pre-Covid. Was back in the area tonight and ordered take out excited to get the kenshin chicken again for the first time in years. Absolutely inedible. Both my husband and I put our diners in the trash after just a few bites. We both ordered the Kenshin Chicken and pork and chive dumplings. Sad as I used to love this restaurant.

I ordered braised pork rice with boiled egged, it’s sour. Can’t believe they sell expired or spoiled food to customers. Felt dangerous to eat there food. Called them twice and not answer the phone call. Will report this to health department. Won’t go again and don’t recommended

We’ve ordered from here a few times and love it! The food is always freshly made, tasty and holds up well – whether being delivered or when wanting to reheat to eat the next day. The entrees we’ve had have been really great portion sizes also – Teriyaki Seafood Deluxe, Thai Pineapple Fried Rice w. Shrimp, Teriyaki Chicken, Ken Shin Chicken,etc. The Chicken Yakitori app is really good too. And it feels like you get a good amount of food for the price, even though it’s not even that expensive in my opinion (it costs less to order directly or pick-up then through a delivery all of course).

Highly recommend giving them a try and we definitely plan to order from there again.

After reading the reviews I decided to try this place! I got a delivery via their website.
1- The Shrimp Tempura roll was amazing. The avocado was fresh! The roll was delicious. They also gave spicy mayo on side.
2- The spicy tuna rolls were delicious!
3- SALMON tempura rolls- first timer! I didnt find the salmon fresh at all. Not a huge fan!
The lunch combo, ‘curry chicken’ was really bad honestly. It was tasteless and the fried rice are just brown rice lol. Wouldn’t recommend at all!

Overall, spicy tuna and shrimp tempura are my fav! So 3 stars for these lunch time heroes!

I’ve gotten food from here several times, and I decided to get their shrimp and garlic sauce. I bit into one of the shrimp, and it was squishy. I looked at the other one next to it, and it had a maggot/worm coming out of it. Typically, their food is excellent, and I’ve gotten their sushi religiously. I’m not sure if I just got a bad batch of shrimp, but it was gross seeing a worm coming out of my food.

So far no complaints, I’ve ate here several times within the past three months. Food is always fresh and literally steaming hot for more than 15 minutes. If you’re looking for fresh traditional and non traditional Japanese cuisine stop by ! .

Definitely not the same Ken Shin. They must be under new management. I just wish the quality was the same. The quality no longer matches the pricing. Very disappointed.
