Very nice buffet. Friendly service, great price, food was fresh. Table was clean. I really enjoyed the sushi bar, in particular. I found it hard to find updated pricing online so here’s a new photo. Would definitely come back when we’re traveling. (Don’t live near here and we were avoiding the food prices in Portland, our destination.) I have a very delicate stomach and I left there feeling totally great – you know how it is. Try it!

This was my wife and I’s first time here. We were pleasantly surprised. The attendants kept the buffet refreshed and full. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality and taste of the food. The table servers were good at keeping our drinks full. For an early Thursday evening this place was fairly busy. It was clean around the buffet area and in the dining area. The hot and sour soup was too hot for me to eat. Having white pepper in it being the source of the heat, the chef just put way too much in there. Otherwise it was good. No one dish stood out among the others they were all pretty good. I’m glad to see a new upstart restaurant like this be busy. We will likely be back to see if it’s still good.

Not too busy. The buffet looked full. The hot & sour soup is still atomic fire hot. There was only broccoli chicken and green beans for vegetables this time. The noodles had onions though. Too many items had chili flakes and were spicy. There wasn’t as much flavor in the food this time. Some items tasted like they’d been on the buffet too long. Just not as good of quality this time.

While I lament that Izzy’s is gone, Asian Buffet seems to be a perfect fit for this location. The variety of food was vast, I saw varieties of food I didn’t know of which is a nice surprise. Everything I ate was nicely cooked and did not have the feeling of being left out too long. This is one of those types of buffets that you will need to visit several times in order to get the whole experience of everything they offer. I told the cashier when I was leaving that I would definitely be back. It’s nice to finally have a new sit down restaurant in Kelso.

WEAKEST & TASTELESS WASABI PASTE WE EVER HAD. THERE IS NO KICK TO IT AT ALL EVEN IF YOU PUT A FULL SPOON OF IT ON YOUR FOOD. MUST BE LITTLE TO NONE HORSERADISH IN IT. ANY OTHER PLACE IF YOU PUT VERY TINY BIT OF IT ON YOUR FOOD IT IS VERY STRONG AND YOU GOTTA HAVE WATER OR DRINK NEARBY READY TO HAVE A SIP BECAUSE IT GOES THROUGH YOUR EYES AND YOUR NOSTRALS.
THIS IS MOST FAKE AND DISGUSTING WASABI WE EVER HAD.
THE FOOD TRAYS ARE NOT BEING REFILLED OFTEN. EVEN NOT ENOUGH RICE IN THE POT, GOTTA ASK AND WAIT FOR MORE.

Price is good, one of the lowest comparing to other buffet, only $13.99 for lunch buffet. However the drink is $2.50, other places only $1 or included. So together with the drink price is comparable to other places.
The service is very poor. No one even offering drink refills. No one picks up your empty plates until you totally finished eating.
You barely start eating and they already bringing you the check.
No fortune cookie or at least candy with the bill as other Asian buffets do.
Not huge choice of food and about 30% of food is not that fresh, especially one with the low rotation like veggie sushi is dry and green wasabi which has no aroma or strength and seems like was at least couple weeks old.
Good start but much room for improvement.
Just my honest and fair opinion.
Nothing can beat Super King Buffet on 82nd Ave in Portland OR. They got at least 4 times of selection for food plus everything is fresh and hot. The lunch price is only $16.99 and dinner $21.9, only $1 for drink with unlimited refills. When you order hot tea they bring you the whole pot of steaming hot tea and they refill it for free. Here they bring you tiny cup of hot tea and not offering refills.

This is a buffet where you can actually get more than your initial drink. Staff kept checking on us and that is appreciated. The food is hot and fresh. Well worth the money!

Make sure you’re hungry ! Seafood on Saturdays ! All of the food is good, some of it great, which is standard for a buffet. LOTS of options, I clear many plates. Sushi is good for a buffet, Customer service is a little slow ( drink refills etc). Dessert options also. Would recommend, will go back.

We went not on opening day for lunch, no waiting at noon Wednesday. The place is very Asian themed and new! The staff is friendly and conscientious.
They do mean “Asian” variety as there is Sushi, Chinese food and things like plantains as an option.
It should be noted crab is only available after 3 PM.
The food was very fresh!
Food very different to other asian choices in the area….which works for our palate
The sushi had good variety including salmon, tamago, and the usual combos involving fake crab, avocado, cream cheese, etc. as options.
There was one soup option, egg drop.
There is a section for fruits and desserts.
Another section had premade salad sides including deviled eggs.
The main entree buffet choices were a bit disappointing-
– One shrimp dish with fake crab, no other shrimp dishes.
– only spring rolls, not egg rolls
– no spare or pork ribs
The chicken entrees were quite good as well as the lo mein. Had skewers, General Tso, walnut, honey glazed.
Beef dishes were either with broccoli or Mongolian beef.
Two fish entrees included a baked fish and a tempura fried fish.
Not sure what picky kids would eat as I only saw French fries….
Definitely worth a go…

By far the best Asian buffet I’ve had the privilege of visiting in the last decade, I have been disappointed many times these last few years by other similar restaurants but Kelso Asian buffet has my vote, next time I visit Longview I will be stopping by this establishment, our waitress made sure our drinks were topped off and that we had everything we needed she even brought my son a crab cracker, the food was bursting with flavor, and the sushi bar was way beyond my expectations on par with Tora sushi lounge. The restaurant was very clean in the sitting area, around the buffet and the bathrooms.
