While it was a busy Friday evening, we only had to wait a few minutes for our table. Our server was delightful and on point with the service. We didn’t have a long wait for our food. And it came out seeing hot!

We had low blood sugar and was suggested to give Kelsey’s a try. I will admit I was a bit apprehensive as I frequented a different location and was not pleased. Instead my experience at the Brockville location was great from the very beginning. We were quickly put to a table and James V quickly came for our drink order. As I was reviewing the menu, James was kind enough to give more details about a dish that appeared in the appetizer section of their menu. He mentioned that the dish provided several protein choices and that it could be seen as a meal in itself. He was true to his word and in fact, I had to concentrate on eating the protein part as the dish was extremely filling. I ordered the Thai Beef wraps with lettuce and was so impressed how the dish reacted in my mouth. The spices weren’t over the top, but they snuck up on you and the lettuce gave you an opportunity to ‘cool it down’ before taking the next bite. James was attentive without being overbearing.
My husband ordered a hamburger that had so much protein that we can pass up our next meal it was so filling. Both dishes definitely worth the price.

We had a really good experience at Kelsey’s. The food came out hot and tasted great, and everything was pretty quick even though it was busy. It’s always a solid spot for a casual dinner. Our server Fiona stood out in the best way. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being over the top. She checked in at the right times and made the whole experience really smooth. Great service makes a big difference, and Fiona definitely made our visit better. Would happily come back.

in all honesty was pretty bummed. found the food expensive for the quality. presentation was fine but the taste was very very bland and underwhelming. we ordered half pan nachos, steak and shrimp, and lastly a beef sandwich. steak was the most underwhelming – dry and not seasoned. nachos were mostly covered in shredded lettuce? i dont know just wasnt satisfied especially after the bill. the bill was around $150 for two people with one drink each one main each and a shared half app. i will not be returning as there is tasty cost effective steak just down the road at chucks. im sorry to say it but its the truth. server did her best and was timely. she was the best part of the experience, ready with a smile. thanks Madi! without you we wouldve been very very irritated.

Always an enjoyable and welcoming experience at Kelsey’s! We have had Evi as our server a few times now and she has been outstanding every time. Always greets us with a smile, very friendly and attentive throughout our entire stay, and has put in the effort to memorize details of what we regularly order from our last visit.

Placed an order for seafood pasta and wings to be delivered. The restaurant called to say they could not fulfil my order and cancelled it. This in and of itself is not the problem. To obtain a refund of my $65 it will take up to SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS! I beg your pardon? To refund my money on an order YOU CAN NOT FULFIL????

I came to this restaurant 1 week ago with my boyfriend and I Purposefully tipped them only 0.01 Canadian dollar because we kind feel the attitude from the waitress and also food were bad and I can also found a piece of hair or thread at edge of hamburger bun and when we left everyone came out to see us.i mean if you care your tips and business that you can ask us for feedback first
