I got a 3 way roast beef sandwich. It was my first time trying to understand a Boston accent so I didn’t really understand what that was until after I ordered (barbecue sauce, cheese, and mayo), but it was the best roast beef sandwich I’ve ever had. The balance of flavors was perfect and the bread was toasted to perfection. I wasn’t going to leave a review but that sandwich single handedly changed that. I don’t even like barbecue sauce normally. Would very much recommend if you’re passing through Boston Logan Airport

Bottom Line Up Front:
An average-at-best option that is as impressive as flying coach in a cramped airplane.

The Setting:
This Kelly’s is inside Terminal B of Logan International Airport. It has a sizable seating area with plenty of chairs and tables. The best feature is that almost every table had electrical outlets to charge your mobile devices while waiting for your flight; a huge plus that’s rarely seen at other airport restaurants.

The Food:
Being in New England, I had to try to the calm chowder. The first issue, there were only two options: cup or pint. The cup was literally a small cup (think 8 ounces) … for $8 (ridiculously overpriced). The pint was about $13 — kinda pricey. (Airport food prices are inflated everywhere.) I ordered a side of chips and selected a small bag of Miss Vickie’s sea salt chips, which was of course good because that’s a known quantity, so to speak. The second issue was the taste. Unfortunately, the soup was more watery than creamy. On the bright side, there was a solid amount of clams.

The Service:
On the plus side, the employee who took my order was fast, friendly, and competent.

The Conclusion:
While the service was good, it doesn’t make up for the fact that you don’t get much soup for the price you pay and the clam chowder didn’t have the texture and taste of soups I’ve had in New England in the past. I would not return here for the chowder. If circumstances dictacted, I might be willing to give Kelly’s a second chance if it’s for one of their roast beef sandwiches.

They don’t show gluten free on the menu, but if you do ask about gluten free bread, they just might have it! The male employee checked for me and instructed on how to order. On the tablet under special request, type “Gluten Free Bread (Gluten Allergy).” Turned out to be the best airport meal for me, getting to experience a local Boston spot! The Steak and Cheese and Roast Beef Sandwiches were so killer. So happy I got to eat them!! And I did not get sick! Thanks for including gluten free, Kelly’s!

I’ve walked by this place several times when visiting BOS, but never stopped in until recently. I stopped in the morning, during breakfast time and got their roast beef sandwich, which is pretty big! The service was great that I received from the manager who took my order. They will make the sandwich the way you want (toppings). I also got a side of fries with it, which were tasty and piping hot.

The sandwich had very fresh, moist, and flavorful roast beef on it. The bun was really good and nicely toasted, and the combo of the two made for a great sandwich. Definitely worth stopping in!

I know 4 is high for any airport restaurant.
Kelly’s is better than average. Good menu, they may have gluten free rolls (you have to ask and they’ll check), the bacon cheeseburger is always actually pretty good and the fries are hot and crispy 8 times out of 10. Decent pricing, good folks working there. Go to for lunch in terminal B

Got off my flight looking for quick, simple sandwich before setting off on the next leg of my journey. Kelly’s Roast Beef fit the bill. Roast Beef is tender and flavorful and the toasted bun elevates the experience from
Good to great. Unfortunately the quality of the staff was nowhere near the quality of the food. Too busy talking up some other employees to do his job and coped an attitude when asked to move the sandwich from the kitchen deck to the counter. Nice product negatively impacted by subpar employee.

Kelly’s Roast Beef, Logan International Airport.

Stopped in for a quick bite. Self Order using a tablet.

Ordered a roast beef sandwich. Arrived cold and warm as if it were heated in a microwave oven.

Despite the odd temp, roast beef was a bit on the salty side but otherwise acceptable for airport fare.

Great service.

4.9 for an airport bar/grill this was perfect. Beer was SUPER cold on draft. I got the turkey club wrap and it was perfect. Wife got the fish sandwich and it was delish. I know it’s odd to review an airport spot, but we WILL be back here in future flights.

I ordered and paid at a kiosk with no human interaction (plus for me). I got a Reuben and my wife got a meat and cheese steak sandwich. It was very surprising how good quality food. Also, the prices were reasonable, around $14-15 bucks. Each sandwich came with chips. They seemed to be pretty small bags but still they were part of the meal. We each got a 20 ounce bottle of Coke Zero for $3.25 each. That was high, but it is an airport restaurant. There were charging plugs at the bar where we ate so that was a plus. All in all it was good for airport food.

This is the steak and cheese with onions served with a pickle spear and a bag of Lay’s chips. The sandwich was very good, but could’ve used a bit more cheese. I would’ve preferred something other than chips as a side, but I thought this was a great meal at an airport.
