Ate here last night for dinner…
Nice customer service, efficient and fast, about forty five minutes from time of ordering to pick up. Price was reasonable in comparison to other local pizza places in Knox County area.
Pizza itself was decent tasting, but it’s a preferred taste, as the sauce is extremely sweet. I’ve tasted other places that has sauces, like so, but not your typical flavor. Wife absolutely loved it, for me it was OK, so each to their own regarding the flavor, just an observation for those who may or may not like sweet sauces.
Wasn’t a fan of the cheese bread, expected traditional cheese bread, but, was served as basically a crust with cheese sprinkled on top. It was basic and didn’t taste good either.
Ordered a 2liter and it was on the floor behind us, when we got there for pick up, seemed awkward, but maybe just not properly put away yet which I get in today’s current circumstance (no staffing), didn’t mind that as much as I minded the fact it was warm, and typically, if I am getting a hot and readily to eat dinner, the expectation would be chilled/cold drinks.
All in all, reasonably priced, friendly and fast customer service, and fair tasting food.

Very tasty food! We all loved the Hawaiian pizza, Pepperoni pizza, and cheesy bread. Best of all was the strom-ghetti! Such a unique menu item and was delicious. We do wish the sauce/general food had a little bit more flavor, but everything was overall amazing and a great place to go to close to AV! The crust and cheese were both soft yet crispy, which we all enjoyed.

Worst pizza ever!!! We ordered extra sauce and extra cheese with pepperoni and we barely got any!!! On top of that most of it was burnt!!! And to top it off it was an hour late. The quality SUCKED, I’d rather eat burnt cardboard!!!

Drove an hour and 20 mins for what USED to be my favorite pizza before I moved away. Couldn’t afford to get it but was in town so splurged. The pizza had barely a whisper of sauce and the cheese was soooo thin. I paid $15 for lite cheese bread. I was kind when I called but teenager that answered the phone was immediarely defensive and extremely rude and called me a liar. I asked for the owner or manager and was given a phone number. Contacted management and they never responded. Sent message instead of calling because it was mother’s day and didnt want to interrupt his family time and I mentioned that in the message. I left comment on one of their posts that they had responded to me on before as I didnt know how else to reach the owner. Still no response, that was 3 days ago. So disappointed I was treated this way and then ignored.

First time trying Kelly’s pizza here.
There pizza sauce and dough weren’t good for me. Sauce was sugar sweet, and the dough was dry and tough . It’s not worth driving past other pizza stores to buy Kelly’s pizza.

I just moved to Howard Ohio and ordered a pizza from Kelly’s. I am a pizza lover and very picky when it comes to how my pizza is made, tastes, and looks. I prefer my crust to be golden brown and crispy, cheese slightly browned, and, most of all, the sauce. Kelly’s pizza was all of this and more. I’ve only ordered a couple times but each time it was beyond my expectations! Very delicious!!

When i think of a small town pizza place this is one touches my heart. The food is amazing. The first taste of the wings brought a tear to my eye. It just took me back to my childhood. The employees are so nice to me they feel like friends. Sometimes when i feel lonely i will just order a cheesy bread just so i can sit and talk with Cody he has such a big heart. Man… go dawgs.

Used to eat at Kelly’s all the time years ago. Had a bad experience and stopped. Decided to give it another try today and it was total trash. A case of we are going to raise our prices and minimize our portions. The “jumbo” wings are no longer or even close to “jumbo” size and yet somehow cost $10 for 6 of them!?!?! And I got an Italian sub which the size has dramatically gotten smaller and there was barely anything on it. I will not be returning again. Junk.

I recently had a not so good experience and posted my dissatisfaction with the quality. I was immediately called back by the owner and he expressed his concern and how to make it right. Though I did not take him up on a free pizza, I did except his apology and after stewing realized that Kelly’s has always provided excellent pizza to the community and my family. Possibly, I was much to quick to judge. Therefore, I gave it another try and the quality was superb and the pizza taste was perfect. Thank you Kelly’s for going the extra mile with both your customer satisfaction and service excellence. I would recommend Kelly’s Pizza to anyone.
