Food was good, mostly the standard diner food. What I was very impressed with is, my 2 year old was very hangry and I desperately asked our server for a little something for him before the rest of our food was ready just to keep him quiet and happy. The server brought out this beautiful bowl of fruit for him and it was perfect. The service was great and everyone left happy and full. Would definitely go back after a hike up the lighthouse again!

Inexpensive casual family dining with an attached Dairy Queen in the shadow of Barnegat Light House. A great place for a quick burger or club sandwich before you head into the State Park whose entrance is literally feet from the front door. Be aware that they’re cash-only, though — no credit or debit cards are accepted.

We (4 of us) had a nice lunch there – very crowded on Sunday morning during Memorial Day Weekend. Service was fine and friendly. Cash only & posted at door. Food was good. I’m rating it against other diners of this type… We would eat there again. Ice Cream window next to entrance if interested after!
