I recently visited Kelly Square Pizza and had an excellent experience. The pizza was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. One of your team members went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. Their professionalism and positive attitude truly elevated the entire visit. Great food and great service like that are what keep customers coming back. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending Kelly Square Pizza to others.

I had a horrible experience with my call taker last night. He was extremely disrespectful and refused to acknowledge his mistake and it was just awful. I called this afternoon when they had opened and I spoke with Sean and Sean knew exactly who I was I have been a customer here for over 20 years and I am constantly placing orders. Sean made everything so much better. He listened to me, he acknowledged and he also fixed the situation. Sean is such a good guy and I am extremely happy that I was able to speak with him about the horrible experience that I had last night with that call taker. That person literally should never answer the phone again. He needs to stay in the kitchen which is where he was hired for. Only because of Sean I will continue to order from Kelley Square Pizza and Wayne too Wayne is a really good guy. I just hope he takes my experience with this call taker seriously and hands out a reprimand.

You gotta pop into Kelley’s!! I heard that’s what everyone is calling it now. I mean I didn’t hear anyone but myself say it, but I can’t be the only one who has! There’s like gotta be another person besides me who is and is going to continue to call it Kelley’s. If that’s not true, I’ll find out and definitely correct this in the future. That’s a full force google review promise!
Any way! This place was solid as hell! I ordered a sandwich and I got it and I ate it! I ordered fries and I got them and ate them! Seriously is there anything better than that???!! Well maybe a drink….BUT THAT WAS MY FAULT! I forgot to order one, but I tell you, the staff here excelled at their craft and I bet you anything if I ordered a drink they totally would have given it to me and I could have drank it! Seriously though, a grand staff indeed!
I’m not sure if there’s a bathroom in here, but again this is my bad as I didn’t ask! That staff was cool enough that I bet they’d tell you if there is one or where one is!

My SO went and got me a small tuna sub/grinder from this place. I am not from this area so this was my first time. He had only been here once before and had only an ok experience, his cheeseburger grinder hardly had any meat. We live close by so we decided to give this place another shot.
When I opened the foam container it came in, I was pretty disappointed. I asked for lettuce, tomato, pickles, and banana peppers. As you can see in the photos, there was hardly any substance to it. Looks like there was a thin layer of tuna added and the lettuce was pretty skimped on, too. The bottom of both sides of the sub were very soggy . Bread should never, ever be soggy like this.
We will not be ordering from this place again.

Ordered a turkey BLT wrap, large Italian with EXTRA lettuce, and a small pepperoni pizza. As you can see they followed directions with the lettuce, ha. First time trying this place. I’m always nervous trying new places and dive through people’s reviews like crazy before I order and rarely write a review myself. I will be a returning customer. They got here under and hour the day after Christmas. I’m very picky with pizza, it was really good. Everything was. Oh and

Service was prompt, but average. Atmosphere average for a hole in the wall pizza joint. Food was fabulous until I found mouse droppings on my sandwich. And by then, my kids and I already ate most of it being so hungry…. We had pizza too and again I already some bites before I noticed the mouse crap. And that was my first time having that style crust and OMG it was amazing….so very disappointed that I discovered that as I was in the middle of my meal…. And while they did make us a new sandwich, that really was the last thing I wanted being sick to my stomach. I didn’t want a refund either, never brought it up. Just kind of wanted to be out. As we were wrapping up to leave we noticed even more droppings on the benches where we were sitting and scattered around. If this place didn’t have so much literal crap. I wouldn’t be writing this review, rather raving about a life changing pizza crust that I will forever seek out. But until they get this pest situation under control, I wouldn’t recommend going here. Just gross…I’ll be keeping an eye out in these places more…
