I love Kelley’s Kafe! Been going here for years and will continue to do so. I love that a business can express itself and doesn’t have to pander to pansies. The food is fabulous and you actually get what you pay for. You’ll never leave hungry that’s for sure! They always do homemade pies for the holidays that are amazing!!!

I don’t understand why somebody would say Kelly’s is a racist place because it is not. I’m black my friends are black we are welcome there, nice atmosphere good food and very great service.

I was visiting the university because I knew several students that attended there. I walked into Kelley Cafe back in 1998. I was interrogated by a cute blonde for several mintues. It made me feel not welcomed to eat there because of my skin color. I decided to leave and not order anything. The whole experience made me change my mind about attending this university, which is mostly White. Kelley Cafe is a racist establishment with racist student employees meant for only White people. People of color are not welcomed as in most places in Washington, especially the small towns. Seattle seems to be more tolerant.
