My breakfast in this rapidly growing strip mall chain was good, despite a few complaints.

I built my own omelette with green peppers, tomatoes & mushrooms. The ingredients were finely chopped, delivering a more flavorful experience than chunks of veggies often used in fancier venues.

I’ve noticed a recent trend of restaurants using 4 eggs, catering to the arms race to please ever more gluttonous Americans. This is counterproductive since it isn’t a great experience sitting down to eat nearly half a carton of eggs. Mercifully, this omelette was a reasonable size, with just the right balance of eggs and ingredients.

The breakfast potatoes were cut into roughly disc-shaped pieces that were crisped perfectly and cooked through & through. They were more flavorful than most breakfast potatoes.

The rye bread looks ordinary, but was very good and buttered not only judiciously but very evenly, almost as if a machine had done it to perfection.

The wedge of orange is a nice old-skool touch. Just the right conclusion to an otherwise savory meal (assuming you don’t turn your toast into dessert by putting sugary jam on it).

My first cup of decaf arrived lukewarm; not good on this exceptionally cold morning in which the heat in the restaurant was struggling. I asked for a cup of regular, thinking it might be warmer. But, it was added to my decaf cup that was now cold, resulting in another lukewarm cup.

I asked for a new cup whenever a fresh pot of decaf was available. It arrived hot and was exceptionally smooth. Not acrid at all.

The interior is spartan and uninspiring, but functional, with reasonably comfortable booths. The ceiling tiles are painted black, which darkens the restaurant to no purpose since they don’t add aesthetic appeal. I read online that Keke’s is working to brighten up their restaurants.

Surprisingly, a paper check was brought to the table instead of a remote terminal for tapping. Hopefully they’re working on upgrading that too. Possibly if you take the check up front you can tap to pay there. Otherwise you can pay your server.

The floor around the urinal in the men’s restroom was thickly sticky, suggesting it hadn’t been cleaned properly in some time. I made an unplanned trip to the Walmart next door to help clean the bottoms of my shoes before getting in the car. Usually Walmart is cold, but it was quite a bit warmer than the restaurant on this day.

Keke’s was founded in 2006 in Orlando, and bought by Denny’s in 2022.

The food is so good! The service is great and it’s always clean. Daysha was our server for my mom’s birthday and she was great! Always checking on us and making sure our drinks were filled. The entire staff was so friendly and the food came out quick! Would highly recommend! Love KeKe’s!

The service was fast and great, clean space with plenty of seating. The food could be better. They don’t have alternatives to dairy for coffee. The kids menu is good, but limited, so my kids both ordered from the regular menu. My daughter and I both picked a stuffed French toast, hardly toasted, and it was pretty dry. Previously, I’ve tried pancakes and had no problem. The fruit is always fresh when added to a meal as well. Overall, I do enjoy it but it could be better.

I really don’t know what happened to this location. But. When someone asks for their home fries to be soft and NOT BURNT, WHY WOULD YOU BURN THEM TO CRISP? Also, why would you leave out an entire order?!?!?! Also, EVERYTHING was cold and for some reason my turkey bacon was so crispy I couldn’t even bare to chew it. How you guys have fallen. The food here is absolutely trash at this point. And this is the last chance I have for Keke’s Breakfast and Brunch.

We had a great experience at Keke’s Breakfast Café! Our server, Riley, was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious and the prices were surprisingly reasonable for the generous portions.

My husband got the chocolate chip pancakes with eggs and bacon—the pancakes were HUGE and absolutely amazing. I had the blueberry stuffed French toast with eggs and bacon, and it was just as good—perfectly sweet, rich, and satisfying.

If you’re hungry, this is the place to go—you definitely won’t leave disappointed (or hungry)! We’ll absolutely be back next time we’re in town

No wait, friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast of a western omelette, wheat toast and home fries. I generally dislike home fries, but these were very good. Cost including a 23% tip was $20,58.

Had breakfast here on a Sunday afternoon. The wait was about 30 mins. Service was good. The food tasted good and portions were good. I had french toast with eggs, grits, and turkey sausage.

Took my son to breakfast this morning and DJ was our server. DJ is amazing! He was friendly, attentive and had a warm and welcoming demeanor.

I have been a server for 30+ years and I know a great server when I see one. DJ is an asset to your team and to any restaurant who would hire him.

DJ thank you for your EXCELLENT service!!!

I’d give this location a ZERO if I could. I met with 2 friends there this morning around 9am. The place was freezing cold and there wasn’t that many customers. The “hostess” came up to front and said she “just got” there. (Huh, they open at 7am?) Anyway, got seated and after 15 minutes of nothing, not approached by a server, not “who wants coffee”, we just got up and left. On the way out the “hostess” said “have a nice day fellas”. We went somewhere else and spent $50 there. A lot less than Keke’s would have been for the same food, BTW. Anyway, I know the staff “just work there” and nobody gives a rip, but I’m sure the owner would be less than pleased to see us take our business elsewhere. This experience ends my visits to Keke’s anywhere. This chain is going down.
