This KEKE’s is a hidden gem literally wasn’t even aware it was there , so glad that I found it though. Out of all the locations this is by far the best . Friendliest service , Gabby was our server she was so kind and helpful. The cooks put a lot of love in their cooking and it shows , so delicious and flavorful. Also I must add this location is impeccably clean , so well kept & beautiful inside. Thank you so much, especially gabby !

Just came from KeKe’s Grand Opening at their Palm Springs location in the Greenwood Shopping Center. Absolutely fantastic breakfast so close to home. Great coffee is typically how we judge the start of our meal. Lots of staff, great service! We had the pleasure of Kelly serving us and she was so pleasant and we enjoyed hearing a bit of history on how they got their name (From original owners Keith & Kevin) and how many locations are here in Palm Beach County (Wellington, Boynton & now Palm Springs) who knew!! Hubby got the Eggs Benedict with home fries & I got the pancakes with crispy bacon. Everything was nice and fresh & served hot. Location was great, lots of parking in front & behind building. Interior was beautifully decorated paying homage with Palm Springs signs. Lots of seating with comfy booths and tables for larger groups. Nice and clean, bright & airy. Definitely be back again to try their lunch menu!

It was so good I left the review . I was looking for breakfast and I didn’t want to go to any other breakfast place so we were going to go to Wellington or Boynton come to find out there’s a Keke’s that just opened up in Palm springs so we went there. We got what we expected Great service, delicious food. I would show you pictures of the food but I ate it . As I’m writing the review my wife was like why you writing a really long review but I just wanted to express how good the experience was .

This review is mainly for their ordering online option for pick-up. The two times I have been here to dine in, service was nice & the servers were attentive. For this I give them 3 stars, for their nice servers, but for ordering online and picking up, I would give them 1 star.
When you look up Keke’s on Google, you get a number that will get you nowhere. Phone number listed on their store’s business card is different from online, and they omit the phone number on their receipts. It looks like this place actively avoids phone calls for accountability. SEE PHOTOS *edited to add – business card phone number and address do not match Google’s or receipts phone number & address*
This location does have issues handling online orders for pick-up. I have ordered three times for pick-up and the first two times I got an ‘Order is Ready for Pick-Up’ confirmation, only to arrive and have to wait because the food was indeed NOT ready. I decided to give them a 3rd chance, and they cancelled my BOGO pancake order bc they suspected it was fraud. They claimed they called DoorDash and confirmed there was no receipt, but my order had been pending for an hour & then was moved to Completed status. I later contacted DoorDash and they confirmed they never received any contact from Keke’s.
Girl handling the front desk does not seem motivated to assist customers. All three times I arrived, there were 1-2 parties arriving with plenty of open tables and booths, so I doubt their kitchen is slammed. For reference, these were all orders before 10:30am.
Maybe this location needs more training to get their act together for online orders.

A very bright cheerful atmosphere, all the staff were very nice and welcoming. The service was great, and the food was delicious. My grandson said that’s the best chicken and waffles that he’s ever had .

Went here for the first time and had to wait 30 min to be kicked off the list. I was advised that I would get a text and never received it. What I did observe upon arriving that the young lady was yelling out the door people names. We were finally sat out order was taken fast. We the. Waited 40 min. The excuse was the kitchen was backed up. My fiancé received his order first stuffed French toast eggs and bacon. Never received the bacon. I ordered waffles with fruit sausage and eggs. My waffle came out with no fruit. I waited20 min after my fiancé to get my meal. The food was cold and I requested to speak to manager(Alex). The manager apologize and discounted the food. When we left I started to walk out my fiancé was kind enough to say “have a good day” to the staff and the manager grabs our waitress and said “did they pay” that was so rude and inconsiderate. I don’t know if it was asked because we are African American but this comment could have been refrained. We tip the waitress well due to the bill being discounted but if I was an inconsiderate person as he(Alex) I could have taken the tip back and it was never the waitress fault but more so poor management. The young lady running the front desk was very rude and dismissive. With this being a well known establishment you would think it would run better.
