Oscar, the general manager, was amazing. He was running the place with patience, amazing customer service, making sure everything was runing smoothly. The customer service was spectacular! The food was delicious, cooked well, exactly how we wanted it. I will for sure come back and I recommend it 100%!!

The greeting at the door made us feel very welcomed. Our server D’Angelo was amazing. He gave us very prompt service and kept checking on us to make sure we were okay while waiting many other tables. We did not feel overlooked not one time. D’Angelo is a very professional, outgoing, down to earth, fun server. The food was amazing. I went with someone and it was their first time trying french toast and they loved it! It was my first time at this location, but I will definitely be back and letting my friends and family know. Thank you KeKe’s for making my experience amazing and thank you D’Angelo for your outstanding service!

The food also took a while to come out, and I didn’t get any water or drink refills while we waited, which made it feel like we were kind of forgotten about. Bringing the check so early also makes it seem like you’re being rushed, and it takes away the chance to order another drink or grab something to go.
It wasn’t busy or close to closing time (I went on a weekday), so I hope they can work on that. On the bright side, the server did remake the onion rings after realizing the first batch was too crispy, which I appreciated. Overall, the food and staff were good — just wish the service felt a little more attentive.

The Keke’s at Eagle Creek has become my new favorite location of the brand. On my second trip here, our server Andrea was courteous, and professional – a pleasure to be served by. Oscar, the manager allowed me to sample their new caramel iced coffee for my birthday today. It was delicious and the coffee was not overpowering at all. Perfect for a warm day here in sunny Florida.
