The gyro is good in taste, but slightly lacking in size.
The cost is $8.99 w/o fries or a drink.
The average gyro in my travels and experience is about $10.00 some with fries and some w/o.
All though, have been larger than this.

First time visiting Keifer’s, and I’d have to say it’s really delicious!
Enjoyed the fries the most, which was a surprise. Nice and crispy, and then the feta cheese sauce was delicious as well. Really enjoyed the classic gyro and it’s very nice to eat your meal, inside or outside!

First time visit, out of towner. Very nice staff. Lamb hero was amazing and I don’t think it was lacking like others have stated. White chili also delicious. Well worth the cost.

If I could give this a zero, I would. Ordered lunch for our department to have an order of 6 lunches delivered the following day. The order arrived timely; however, the order that was delivered consisted of 5 orders, not 6—called Keifers to report the missing order. I was told to pick it up or request a refund for the missing order. The delivery’s purpose was that I could not pick it up. Thank goodness the order was not for a business meeting. Bad, Bad service, customer service, and phone etiquette. Shape up, Keifers, will order from Aladdin’s next time.

I eat here for lunch when I can. Great place and busy only when you’d expect. Don’t go for fine dining, but for wraps or an excellent burger and fries, you can’t beat this. Excellent downtown Jackson lunch option.

Wow! The man at the counter was so sweet and kind as he explained the menu to us and made great suggestions! We were just passing through and thought this would be a fun stop. The food was delicious, I got the grilled chicken pita, my husband got the traditional gyro and our kids got the “pizza”! The hummus and house made chips are incredible as well! Such a cute atmosphere, so happy we stopped in, thank you for your hospitality!!

Has gone down hill. Years ago in their older location, the restaurant used to be great! Very attentive staff and food was on time and quite delicious. Now, it is extremely disappointing. Went for a return visit several months ago. Not sure what happened.. the staff is no longer attentive and the food was absolutely disappointing. The wraps are tiny and hardly no food comes inside. They have great potential.. it is too bad.
