First time to visit. The food was very good, the bone in pork lollipops were delicious. The potatoes were delicious. The chicken was cooked perfectly. Our wait staff was not particularly friendly and we felt (although we honestly don’t know why) that she was not happy to serve us and a bit standoffish and blunt. The drinks are all pre batched, which is not desirable to me. The wine I choose was solid.
I would go back to try again and see if the service was any better.

We went for an early dinner and sat at the bar. We had never been but had a wonderful time. The bartenders were very knowledgeable, friendly and engaging. We will for sure be back.

Wonderful Greek/Mediterranean restaurant in the”old city” of Knoxville. Bartender was t top notch, my Espresso Martinis were perfect. Lamb chops we’re cooked just right,, t tender and pink in the middle. Of the group of 6 everyone was satisfied with entrees and variety of appetizers ordered.

One of my favorite restaurants. The Greek salad, saganaki, roasted chicken, and lobster pasta are incredible. Deserts are a must have. The atmosphere and service is fantastic. It can be hard to book a table, but it’s first come, first serve at the bar. Prices are reasonable and match the quality of service, food, and atmosphere.

Came across this restaurant on Instagram and had to give it a try. It’s very intimate and perfect for our date night. Food options were great! We had a fun time picking out some dishes and sharing. Server was helpful and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. We will definitely be back!

Kefi is always amazing. Took myself out for a nice solo dinner. I did not make a reservation, and I immediately sat at the bar, but was offered a table if I wanted it- also immediately available upon arrival. Bartender was amazing and had great suggestions. I did a cocktail flight and then ordered one additional drink towards the end of my meal. Saganaki was both amazing and entertaining, can’t go wrong with melty cheese and buttery bread! The grilled octopus was to die for, some of the best I’ve ever had- charred to perfection, and the lemon sauce on the beans it comes with was perfection. I ordered the sea bass entree, and it melted in my mouth. Not pictured, I was talked into taking the baklava (2 large pieces, perfect for sharing) with pistachio ice cream home, and it was exquisite! Wonderful Grecian atmosphere, super friendly and knowledgeable staff, always one of my favorite places to visit to treat myself. Will definitely be back the next time I need a “me” date!

I visited Kefi last night and had a wonderful experience overall. The food was absolutely fantastic – every dish we tried was full of flavor and expertly prepared. Our waitress was also amazing, providing attentive and friendly service throughout our meal.
We had tried calling ahead a couple of times to let them know we were running a bit late, and no one would answer the phone which was a bit frustrating. However, this didn’t take away from the overall experience.
The drinks were also a fun addition to the evening – creative and well-made. While the prices were a bit on the higher side, I would definitely return because of the high-quality food and great ambiance. Highly recommend!

Got drink flights ($30) good way to try mini version of craft cocktails I did not care for years of Chios but the Greek pine resin “ma…: ? “something wasn’t for me – but the grape leaves ,Greek salad souvlaki (superb) feta hushpuppies (super yummy ) large shrimp dish . Very good service Julia I think !

My fiancé and I dined here for our three year anniversary in July, and between the cozy atmosphere, caution taken with my food allergy (gluten free), and a variety of drink options, it was the perfect surprise. Cherry on top? Besides the amazing service, I had the best flourless chocolate cake for dessert–which is extremely hard to find since they’re normally bone dry. It’s easy to rack up a bill (happily), so it’ll be a special occasion spot, but can’t wait to dine here again.

We ate at Kefi Mediterranean in Knoxville yesterday, (12.30.25) and it was absolutely excellent. The food was fantastic, the drinks were great, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The service truly stood out—Hannah , our server, was absolutely phenomenal and made our first visit even better. Everything from start to finish was top-notch. This was our first time dining here, and we are already looking forward to going back. Definitely a fantastic restaurant—we will be back for sure!
