I’ve been enjoying the food at keeses for years at this point. A life saver for the lazy during the days of COVID.
I took my friends here after a concert. I ordered first. My friends got their food 25 minutes later and I was still waiting
I asked the cashier if I could add feta to my fries. I didn’t mention my wait time She took my receipt and went to the cook.
They forgot my order (30 minutes now). She tells me it’s $3, without mentioning anything. I ask if they started making my food yet and she said no. I asked her if perhaps she could give me the feta for the inconvenience of waiting for my food as my friends had finished. She said no.
I asked her to refund my order (that they still haven’t started, and weren’t even aware of until 30 seconds ago), and she said no refunds
I don’t think I’ve been to a restaurant with such shitty service. I’m convinced they could’ve closed without me getting my food and I would’ve paid for the pleasure.
It’s a shame, because it’s great late night food

We were going back to Orlando and stopped by around 2am to get some as restaurant came recommended. I got chicken fingers with fries and it was delicious. They are not your regular chicken fingers, I had to save some for next coz I was full. It’s a small place and lines are long so that’s let’s me know that the food is good. Their chicken wings are amazing as well.

i’d give them a thousand stars, i’ve eaten here over six times and as someone who’s severely sensitive when it derives down to food, their food feelings immensely nice and refreshing to my body. i definitely will continue to eat here; thanks a ton for satiating my midnight hunger. love the chicken phillys!

A simple shawarma took over 30min, place wasn’t busy. Run down interior, cashier asks for tips for dismissive service. They add an undisclosed card fee and they charge extra if you want sauce in your sandwich vs on the side. Food was mediocre

My friend/coworker came in and ordered a gyro on a Tuesday night, the lady greeted him, took his order and he waited over 20 mins next to the counter. When she called his number (only 2 people in there btw) they asked for his receipt he apologized he threw it out and she said he couldn’t get his food without it. He told her he has been here the whole time. He offered her $20 more as a tip to please give him his $13 sandwich he was hungry and had to go to work. She denied him and called his food number again and he told her it’s his and she said then sorry but no. That’s crazy work. Wouldn’t refund him, or give him his food right there. Horrible customer service.

We went there for late dinner and it was a good experience. Overall, Very good mediterranean food. Especially, loved the Gyros and subs. Grilled Chicken was okay but not great. The place could do well with more cleanliness. Anyways, I think it has great value for takeout, especially as it opens till late night. Would come again. And yes, great location too.

First off appearance matters this place look horrendously dirty & that kitchen is filthy I hate I ate here I could only imagine what that back kitchen looks like. The customer serviced was rushed & not welcoming enough. My order was put in incorrectly & I got some oversized wings that were barely cooked & the food is bland fries taste freezer burnt I PROMISE YOU ITS NOTHING YOU CANT MAKE YOURSELF not the restaurants fault but i was paranoid its was a lot of stuff going on in front of the restaurant. & food is too pricey to be unseasoned!!!! I don’t trust my food I ordered because it looks like your bound to get sick .

I LOVE the food here. I trust this place. portions are great. only complaint is they skimp on ketchup. if there’s fries in the meal, MINIMUM 10 ketchup packets. (not 4! ).
