Absolutely horrendous.
Chips like cardboard, dry, cold and rock hard. Like been re fried a few times. Every single chip was the same, these have got to be from yesterday.
Donner meat cold and hard like cardboard
A whole chicken thigh just chucked in the pitta bread with a horrible blend of herbs on. Salad brown and old.
Chocolate cake was rock hard and crispy where it has been sat it the cabinet for what seems like a week.
This place has nothing on Blenheim Parade chippy anymore.
Avoid, £25 wasted on an inedible dinner

Lovely fish and chips and friendly staff.
The chips were done very well, the fish was tasty and the batter was thin and crisp. The staff were attentive and chatty. The only downside of the location is thst it can be difficult to park, though this time was super easy.

We called at this place at lunchtime on the 14th February and paid £13.95 and really wished we hadn’t, what robbery !! the “LARGE” COD was tiny when my wife opened the box I thought it was a battered sausage it was so small, I wonder what uncooked weight a “LARGE COD” should be ? the chips were very bland/dry and I would imagine they had been cooked before and reheated, most robbers would wear a mask but this guy doesn’t mind showing his face, AVOID THIS PLACE unless of course you enjoy being ABUSED !! Terrible worst chippy I’ve ever been too. Never known sauce to be so thick but tastes watery. Donner meat is rock solid and looks like bark off a tree. Chips are like cardboard. Never known anything like it. Avoid at all costs and don’t waste your money

Absolutely disgusting! Kebab meat was cold & dry &hard!! Chips wasn’t even nice tbh either. I asked for for cucumber and onion and I got cucumber and lettuce and the worst thing is it looks like the cucumber and lettuce is that old it’s discoloured and looks yellow! It was the first time going to this place and it will definitely be the LAST! “AVOID”

Everything delicious! Stopped for lunch, ate outside on the small tables in the sunshine, small fish & chips with curry sauce for less than a tenner. Fresh, crunchy and delicious. Lots of negative reviews with delivery orders. Generally, fish & chips don’t travel well, get your arse off the sofa and head down, great service and a lovely meal !
