DDO NOT GO ! I’ve always loved their pizza and today I got greeted with the worst attitude ever by the owner . Because I wanted to exchange a hard peace of pizza that had obviously been sitting for a while , I politely asked for a exchange she made sure to say you can’t have a (refund )witch I didn’t ask for but you can get another slice the expression on her face made me not won’t neither If you love establishments that have a great customer service and believe in treating people with respect and understanding that they can make mistakes this is not the place to go , THE CUSTOMER DOESN’T MATTER YOUR MONEY DOESN’T EITHER I Will never enter again Thankyou for you undervalued views of your customers THE STORE DOWN THE ROAD SERVES PIZZA AND MORE AND GREETS EVERY CUSTOMER WITH A SMILE AND RESPECT

The “owners daughter” was so so rude. I had ordered a hunk of cheese pizza for my son for when he got out of school. Got to Union and realized it was chicken Alfredo pizza. I went back and they had changed shifts. Which they were doing when I had originally come in. Well… I come back tell them the situation and she goes well there is nothing I can do now with an attitude immediately. I just wanted what I asked for. Simple. I don’t care what you had to do with it after but she was extremely rude so I got rude back and made her give my money back. I’ve been going here for years since I was a little girl. And even went to high school with his daughters. Definitely won’t be coming back.
ETA: Owner replied saying they aren’t responsible. Maybe you should have a sign saying that. You sell food. If someone doesn’t get what they ordered you should fix it. Like every other place that sells food.

I recently went in for a hunk of pizza and nicely asked if I could replace my piece for another one before it was the last one and looked like it had been in the warmer for some time. The owner or “owner’s daughter” said “why? Doesn’t look old to me.” With a nasty attitude. Poor customer service
