This is one of the best restaurants downtown that no one seems to know about. I’ve been here 4 times now and it just seems to get better every time I go. Great atmosphere and amazing food (try the dumplings). The food sometimes take a little long to come out of the kitchen, but it’s definitely worth the wait!

If you know Pho, you know this is a NO!
The experience I had here was lack luster to say the least from service to food. The esthetic is nice but the ambiance throws it off. The staff is very rude ignoring you at times. I got two orders to go and the pho broth is deep brown in color with nothing added. Pho broth is supposed to be translucent. On top of that it was super salty, I threw it away what a waste. The other thing we had was udon noodles that were over cooked. Soggy, chewy spring rolls.. the list goes on. Disappointed in this noodle bar that cannot get the main ingredient right. Noodle bar that cannot cook noodles.

Was in town for a conference and decided to check this place out for dinner. What a hidden gem! It’s tucked away underground in a nice quiet area. They were very accommodating – didn’t book a reservation and they were able to squeeze us in with no wait. Super relaxed atmosphere and the food was incredible. If you happen to go when they offer the K-Bread…get it, you won’t regret it! If I ever visit Buffalo again, I will definitely be back 🙂

amazing food! we came for the first time and part of the beauty is in the simplicity. we both had different kinds of noodle dishes and the flavors were just extraordinary. in addition, we had the fresh rolls which were amongst the best I have ever had in any restaurant anywhere. we met Jen, the owner who is committed and passionate about all of these amazing foods and the details that go with it. and yes, save a little bit of room for an awesome unique best in class custard dessert

Despite not being super well known by locals, I know several people from out of town that rave around about this restaurant and insist on going every time they visit. The food is incredible, from the core menu items to the rotating specials, especially the hand-cut noodles and lap cheong. The crispy egg noodless are very crispy, and I can’t wait for the place to be re-opened

Cool place, you wouldn’t be able to tell from the outside. Staying in Buffalo by the stadium, there weren’t lots of Asian options. Looked on Google maps and found this place. Pho was good. The waitress said it was Laos style Pho. Not a ton of meat in there like you would expect in a typical bowl of Pho. I wasnt too hungry so the medium bowl of pho was filling enough. Small menu, will have to try the stir fry lo mein next time.

We recently dined at K:Dara Noodle Bar and were thoroughly impressed with the experience. As vegans, we were delighted to find a variety of vegan-friendly options on the menu. We ordered the broccoli stir fry and the sprouted bean salad, and both dishes were fantastic. The flavors were vibrant and fresh, and the portion sizes were generous, leaving us completely satisfied. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting, making it a great spot for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. Apologies for the picture of my wife’s half-eaten dish. This one was good too 🙂 Overall, K:Dara Noodle Bar is a must-visit for anyone looking for delicious vegan options and top-notch service. Highly recommended!

It was very relaxed, super chill space. Small menu. I enjoyed the broccoli lo mein. The creme brulee was the star of the show. Very good.
