My recommendation, stay far away from the fish and chips as possible. Absolutely horrible. I’d rather try my luck at eating fish from a gas station then here. Understaffed, which I’m sure they are fully aware of. But the one gentleman running the show was great. I could see he was doing his best. He’d probably do a million times better if the onwer was gripping down his throat every damn minute. There’s no way I could last a single shift working in that environment. But hey, great reviews with the chicken wings. Maybe try that out instead.

This place could be great. It just needs a little bit of improvement in a number of areas: service, atmosphere, some of the food. The wings were great. But their blue cheese dressing was terrible. My sourdough burger was a super thick, small diameter lump of burger in the center of a big sourdough sandwich, which was disappointing. Our server went well and was very friendly. But he didn’t bring the drinks for over a half an hour and the restaurant was empty. Also, he didn’t bring the sauces with the meals, so we had to wait for our large group to all get served before he brought anyone there sauces to be able to start eating. Fix a few things in your restaurant won’t be empty on a Saturday night.

So impressed with the service we received from Isabel that we ate here 2 days in a row. The drinks are well made as is the food.
Our first visit we shared 10 regular wings with buffalo sauce on the side, the usual carrots and celery and a side of fries.
The wings themselves are a hefty size- you’re not getting puny wings here. Cooked to perfection and even without the buffalo sauce had great flavor. The fries were simple, crispy. And we could have shared the 5 wing order again, because the wings are a good size.
Our second visit we had the HALF order of nachos to share. The nachos are layered with an ample amount of toppings; cheese galore, substantial chunks of chicken throughout, delicious assorted chopped peppers, hefty serving of guacamole and sour cream. Easily some of the best nachos you will eat! They did forget the black beans but I didn’t even notice until we were halfway through the massive (half) portion.
The nachos gained the attention of many passing by. Some even decided to dine in just from seeing our plate of nachos and our satisfaction with them.
Isabel was our waitress both times and she is not only personable, her service is prompt, she is efficient and I appreciate her checking on us, if even just popping out the door, and giving us a thumbs up! Loved it. No need to interrupt our meal, and still was attentive to us, ensuring we didn’t need anything else.
We sat outside both times.

The establishment needs to be updated and only one person working the floor one in the kitchen. The food was some of best oxtails I have ever tasted. Will be going back.

Fantastic wings. Jerk chicken sauce is spicy, sweet, smoky, citrusy, god damn, the fries were super basic though, but fries is fries. We were the only people in the place, (glenwood springs is at the end of it’s slow season in Nov.) and dude helped us out right away. Cool little spot for a quick bite

Great place, good food. The music can be a bit loud if you are in the back. Prices were pretty good assuming you don’t get the duck wings and the portions are generous. Also really cool of them to have a wheelchair lift to go up to the back bar area.

Our server was very nice and attentive. I assume it was the owner of restaurant. He needs more help as there was only one server for the entire place but service was not lacking. Food was good but it could have been seasoned a little more.

1st off our server (from Jamaica) SHE WAS AWESOME! Friendly and outgoing, fair warning, the service here is SLOW, but our food and drinks were good! My son loved the wings, the potato wedges were FIRE and the curry chicken deal I got was nice as well; I will say I’m NOT used to pulling bones off the chicken, but I’m assuming this is a Jamaican thing, or at least the way it’s supposed to be prepared, the flavor was nice!

The food was missing seasoning! The wings sauce tasted out of a can. The nachos were a blob of food that were not appealing, the red sauce and sour clean ratios were crazy.
We sat outside because the inside of this place smells like mildew/mold. (That should have been out sign to go elsewhere).
We spent $78 (not including tip) only to drink out soda and eat the carrots and celery. I DO NOT recommend this place.
