It’s tasty for sure. Could eat here everyday if it wasn’t so stupidly expensive. Yes it’s tasty but it’s still a food truck. 50 dollars for two sandwiches and a small order of fries is CRAZY. Sheesh, take some meat off the sandwhich and make it cheaper, they’d get 20x more business if they did. I can literally take my wife to Proof for the same price or any sit down restaurant.

Very over priced. Very greasy. My son ordered a burger with waffle fries. It was $20.19. It came with 6 waffle fries. What a joke. The older gentleman working there was very rude. He yelled at my son, then he yelled at me, and had the audacity to call my son and I liars. I will never go here again and I advise everyone to stay away. How do you expect to get customers and keep customers with an attitude like that?

The best BBQ I have ever had. The brisket literally melts in your mouth. I’ve tried most of their food and it never disappoints. Their breakfast brisket taco is by far my favorite breakfast taco!! This place is a must try!! The owners are the sweetest most amazing people!! We love coming here.

They told me “their BBQ is so good that you don’t need BBQ sauce.” They were right The meat was so juicy and good, it just melts in your mouth. I’m a sauce freak and usually have a little meat with my sauce, but not this time. AMAZING I ordered the Rancher bowl.

First time going and can’t wait to go again. Any time I go to the hub Im gana have to B line it for KCs. Food was absolutely incredible and them biscuits were the best I’ve ever had. Definitely add honey incredible!

It’s difficult to capture how good the “Brisquits & Gravy” was in a pretty photo as it’s not the most photogenic dish of all time — but that doesn’t matter when it tastes as good as it does. Definitely one of the best I’ve had, I’d spend my $15 breakfast per diem here any day over crappy hotel buffet — you should do the same! Hoping to try lunch offerings before heading home.

Food truck at the new hub in Kennewick. Lots of outdoor and indoor seating. Had the brisket Mac and cheese add bacon. The Mac and cheese itself was okay but with the brisket and bacon was really good! The brisket itself was my favorite. 18$ with bacon added, but it was a decent amount. Friend had the pulled pork sandwich which she enjoyed and would go back for. Ladies at the window were very nice. I will be back!

This was a different kind of biscuit and gravy and I’m here for it. The place is located in a small little food truck ranch in the parking lot of a store. The lady who tended the truck was super happy and delightful. The portions were huge, and the flavor of the gravy with the brisket was stellar. The biscuits leave a bit to be desired, but the true star of the show is the brisket. Smoked right out back of the trailer, it was done to perfection. Def reccomend.

Had high hopes for this local food truck BBQ joint. *Disclaimer* I’m on a keto diet so no biscuits & gravy or any other delicious fare, just brisket & 4 over easy eggs for me.
The half pound of brisket came to 4 pieces the gal said she could heat up for me. Good smoke flavor but that was all. No other flavors or seasoning came through. Eggs had no seasoning. $17.52 later it’s a hard pass for me. Hopefully time will allow things to get better. Might try in 6 months or so.
