Came here on a rainy weeknight; I was pleasantly surprised to see a larger Ameri-Chinese menu up on the wall (not just Teriyaki by a long shot!)
We ordered the orange chicken and teriyaki chicken plates.
Service was great – friendly.
Reasonable prices.
Both dishes were REALLY good – the sauce on the orange chicken so yummy and it stayed pretty crisp even after being sealed up in to go. Thoughtfully provided napkins and plastic forks.
Plastic to-go containers make me sad.
Nice dining room, plenty of tables/chairs.
Would come back, recommend.

Food was delicious, portions are good sizes, and everything was fast. It was our first time there so we weren’t sure if we should sit or order at the counter since we were dining in but we got it figured out and enjoyed our meal. The free soup was tasty and I appreciated the sign clarifying that it was indeed free for dine in customers.
We got the spicy chicken, gyoza, LO mein, and salmon teriyaki. Everything came out fast and very tasty. I really appreciated that they offered chicken breast specific entrees since I’m not a fan of dark meat/thigh.
We are new to the area and excited to try more of the menu next time!

This place is a sleeper hit. Not hidden-hidden, but definitely “you gotta go around the corner and suddenly there it is” tucked away. And once you find it? Worth it.
I ordered the spicy chicken and it instantly took me back to a teriyaki spot I used to hit in Seattle during drill weekends — same kind of flavor, same “oh yeah, this is legit” moment. Honestly, one of the best teriyaki places I’ve had in Vancouver so far.
Parking was easy (always a win), and even before walking in, you could tell it’s popular — steady flow of people coming and going. Inside, there’s plenty of seating, so it works great for a quick bite, a meetup, or just sitting down and actually enjoying your food without feeling rushed.
Staff was friendly, food came out fast, and the menu has more than enough options to keep things interesting. No drama, no long wait, just solid teriyaki done right.
If you like good food without the hype nonsense, KC Teriyaki is absolutely worth the stop.

The atmosphere Is good, especially the mural on the wall in the dining room. I gave a lower score on the atmosphere based on the strip mall feel of their location.

This is hands-down one of my favorite restaurants and I would eat there every day if I could. I have to call ahead my order so I don’t change my mind and try to order the whole menu once I get there. The people working are very kind and the atmosphere is chill. And you can’t forget, FREE EGG DROP SOUP! Can this place get any better?!

Delicious! We ordered the teriyaki chicken plate (I substituted Yakisoba for rice) and Spicy Chicken Bento (he substituted rice for salad). The food was absolutely delicious, the people are friendly, and the place is very clean (even the vents). We both got full as portions are quite generous. My son, who is a big guy, needed a box. They had no problems with our substitutions and did not charge extra for them. The environment was relaxing and asthethically pleasing. They showed support for local schools (i.e. Skyview High) and other local community organizations (i.e. CCFD #6). We will definitely be back!

One of the best spicy teriyakis I’ve ever had!! Not just chicken with spicy sauce… No no no my friend this is spicy chicken with all the fixin’s ! Onions, peppers and a host of other herbs and spices and even a little broccoli thrown in for good measure! It looked so good I almost forgot to take a picture as I was so eager to dig in!

Great food, extremely popular so remember to order in advance as there can be some wait times, very kind and clean.
