Overall, pretty good. Would probably return.
PEI Mussels – Fantastic. Broth was very flavorful, and it is served with good garlic bread.
Bread – Very nice sourdough. Tastes like I remember of the sourdough bread in San Francisco. Served with a side of whipped butter that had too much salt added.
Green salad – Way too vinegary. Lettuce leaves could also have been cut – they are too big for “bite-sized”.
Wine – Looked a little less than what a glass of wine typically gets you. I guess the bartender did not want to open a new bottle…?
Delmonico Ribeye – Cooked to perfection, and tasted good, but it was a bit thinner than I was expecting.
Roasted Half Chicken – It was missing most of its skin. Should not have been served that way. Tasted fine.
Sides – Asparagus with Hollandaise, and Roasted Mushrooms. The Hollandaise sauce was lukewarm, and the asparagus was literally too thin to pick up with the thick three-pronged forks we were given. I resorted to eating with my fingers. They were flavorful and tender though. Mushrooms were good, though nothing special; just white button mushrooms.
Potatoes – Crispy Potatoes and Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes were both good.
Service – Waitress was prompt, very friendly, and professional. She helped me with my wine selection.
Seating – Comfortable seats, and nice private booth. We were in an aisle though, so we were experiencing all the hallway conversations between servers, staff, and other customers walking by.

Food was amazing and the portions were amazing!! Sam my waitress answered all of my questions! All in all a wonderful dining experience! Calamari on point! Vodka pasta with meatballs was just fantastic!! Highly recommended!

Went to KC Prime for the first time for some variety for my birthday dinner.
The food was very good, my family really enjoyed it.
I was greatly surprised to see Muscles from Prince Edward Island in Canada. They were great. I got the Special Cowboy Ribeye Steak, it was very decent.
For a side dish I had some great Crispy Brussel Sprouts. My parents got some soups, salmon, steak, crab cakes. They enjoyed their meals.
I will say, for the atmosphere, the room can get VERY loud and it’s a pretty popular restaurant even for a Monday night dinner.
The seating is comfortable. But yeah things can get loud.

Delicious food, excellent service, and a wonderful ambiance. I love their surf and turf; the raw oysters are always fresh, and the surf and turf salad is excellent too. This is a fabulous dining experience for special celebrations. I highly recommend it!

We frequent KC Prime two times a year and always have a great experience and a delicious steak. Tonight there was a minor mix up and our steak preferences were switched and due to time constraints we did not have time for the kitchen to remedy. Both our waitress and the manager were incredibly kind enough to compensate for the mix up even thought it was not a huge deal at all. We truly appreciate the generosity and attention to customers. Thank you for your kindness and bless you all! Once again, a delicious meal and wonderful experience.

The only reason I put 4stars was because I asked for very well done Ny steak it’s just how I prefer my steak the edges were how I like but the inside by the time I noticed and ate a piece of the red part it was too gamey for my taste it disgusted me and I couldn’t eat it after I would have returned it to be reheated but I had lost my appetite with it so I left it alone. Everything else was good the potato,cheese steak rolls especially the carrot cake which I did take home. Customer Service was great.

The food and service were super good. We had the calamari, pork chops (forgot to take a photo), and arugula salad. The pear martini I had was also pretty strong !! Wish it was closer to where I lived so I definitely recommend it if you’re in the area!

I was recommended by a friend to try this place. Went there last weekend on Sunday – to celebrate our 1 year anniversary and we had reservations. We were sat right away , waitress was awesome , however my order was not cooked properly- my chicken was raw ( maybe the line cooks need a refresher) and had to be sent back. The so called “manager” came over to apologize but really nothing was offered as compensation -not even a free appetizer or dessert . I honestly did not appreciate his attitude towards me. I just feel like for the price we paid, for only 2 people, nothing even being offered as compensation was a little unprofessional and not worth the trip . The drinks were not that good . Highly disappointed . Would never go back again!

The best part about this place is it’s near the hotel. The steak was aged well, but no salt, no pepper, not even steak sauce to add to the flavor, just au jus. Lobster mac n cheese was also bland. The Calamari was crispy on the outside, but we had to cheweach bite for 15 mins. The bread was amazing!!! Drinks were strong. For their prices, it’s not worth it unless you don’t feel like driving, but I would!

Went there last weekend for my 40th birthday. There was 7 people in our group and we had reservations and were sat immediately, and our waitress was wonderful, however half of the orders the meat was not cooked properly and they had to be sent back. It was a 3 hour process for dinner from start to finish and even though the manager came over to apologize, nothing was offered as compensation, not even a free desert. I just feel like 3 hours for only 7 people, one being a child, was an excessive amount of time with nothing even being offered as compensation.
