Delicious food with fresh and quality ingredients. You can get it straight from the kitchen or cooked at the hibachi table by a cook. Lunch comes with soup or salad. The soup was a simple mushroom base and decent. I was not wowed by it. The salad looked like simple iceberg lettuce with some minimal carrots and a creamy ginger sauce. We were given one giant piece of spicy Kazan Korean fried chicken per person and we all liked it. It was very but tasty and satisfied my chicken craving. The hibachi show was pleasant but short with some knife and spatula dance but the cook dropped the spatula at the end. There were two flame segments, one where he would light up oil initially and when he started cooking vegetables, he would stack two rings of onions and pour some oil and water to make a bursting volcano, which was kind of fun. We were first served the fried rice and I can actually taste the scrambled eggs in there. Then were the vegetables, tender and tasty. Medium rare steak had a good balance of fat and lean steak, it was tender and juicy. Chicken was a bit dry, nowhere as good as the steak, I would skip it in the future and try the shrimps or scallops. The yum yum sauce was creamy and delicious. The ginger sauce was a bit runnier both enhanced the meal. The entire meal took about 90 minutes.
Update: we came another day but they didn’t have an hibachi chef. We should have left then but we stayed. The owner/server was a one man show and super busy. It took him a while to cook everything. The cooking direct from the kitchen was a lot worse and chicken and beef were both overcooked. Each table had to wait close to 20 minutes before any food arrived.

Kazan Japanese Steakhouse is such a nice and traditional-style Japanese restaurant. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt classy and welcoming.
The sushi and Japanese dishes were fresh and authentically prepared — the sashimi especially stood out with its amazing freshness and flavor.
What really surprised me was the Korean fried chicken. It was perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and paired so well with the Japanese menu. It’s not something you usually find together, but it worked beautifully!
On top of that, the service was friendly and attentive, which made the whole dining experience even better. Definitely a place I’d love to come back to for family gatherings or special occasions. Highly recommended!

I loved it here! It’s a great hibachi place, their food is amazing 10/10 must try!! I also loved the sushi here as well as their NEW KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN MENU you absolutely need to try it! The workers were also very friendly and fun, they made this experience very enjoyable! Will definitely come back

I hadn’t been to Kazan in awhile & tonight I had a random taste for it. I used to be their mailman & the staff was so nice to me that whenever I have a taste for hibachi, they’re always at the top of my list. When my wife & I got there, we recieved a warm welcome & we were immediately seated. The food was as good as I remembered it to be & we made it in & out of there in record time. We had a 6:30 reservation & we were back on our way by 7:30. Good food, good service, & good timing. We couldn’t ask for a better evening.

My family (4) loves it here. The food is amazing, we like the hibachi. The soup and salad that come with it are great too. Definitely try the jumbo shrimp tempura as an appetizer. The wait staff are really nice and the atmosphere is great. Try it!!
