If you’re looking for a restaurant that truly cares about their customers, very clean, and wonderful loaded spuds and salads. I like adding grilled shrimp to my salad. They will build a salad just like you want. Let me tell you, the food and service and owner/employees are all top-notch! Ms. Kay is a remarkable person. Huge portions!

When I first walked in, I was greeted with a warm “Welcome to Kay’s” by every staff member. I was seated quickly, and my waitress was so attentive and nice! It’s an A+ for customer service all around!
Now, the food was absolutely delicious. I had the shrimp Alfredo potato with extra shrimp, and the portions were so generous—they were enough to feed both me and my husband!
I would definitely recommend checking this place out. They even have a full bar, and my lemon drop was on point!

I came with some friends on a Wednesday night for drinks, chill time, and dancing. After being there for a minute I wanted to see if the kitchen was open so walked up to the bar menu in hand waiting for someone to get free enough to check on my order. The first bartender looked dead at me then proceeded to check in with the parties sitting on either side of me. Never asked me anything. No “are you good?” need anything?” or “hey we’ll be with you in a minute”. She checked in with them and went back to a different corner of the bar to either talk to other people or stand there listening to music. There was also another bartender there who was actively taking orders from one end of the bar. After she finished she went to the other side and talked with the other bartender and ring up some checks. Still no acknowledgment of my existence. A third person comes out and did nothing but rap along to the music playing. At this point I’ve been sitting at the bar with no drink and a menu in my hand for over 20 minutes. So at what point does a bartender who is trying to make money for the business and tips for himself or herself think that they may want to help the person who’s been sitting there for almost half an hour without being helped or served? I used to like them and heavily recommended this place to family and friends because of the food, but this experience has soured my entire opinion of the business and its practices as a whole.

Kay’s Leftovers is an awesome place to enjoy lunch or dinner with your family or friends! I’ve never had a baked potato so large and a salad that’s even bigger! You will be sure to have Leftovers! The staff is very friendly and sweet.

Photos are after we devoured most of it but everything was SO GOOD!!! We were served fast and friendly. We also got the banana pudding it was so yummy!! Everything you get are huge portions and the price is very fair. Good music playing and great atmosphere. Pineapple lemonade is a MUST TRY.

Liked everything about kay’s. Food was absolutely the biggest reason to go to this little place on Hwy 45 N. Ordered the philly cheese steak potato with shrimp. Worth every part of the $20 i spent. Drinks did take a little long from the bar. Going back most definitely. 7.2 out of 10.
