Not sure if this was a one time ordeal or if its part of the decline of the food industry I’ve seen over the past few years. You decide.
I ordered for three and all of them had issues. A missing drink, no cheese on the fries and an order of waffle fries that came with four pieces and some crumbs. Just some constructive criticism, strive to do better.

Nice recreation of a 50’s diner, with all of the things you would expect. Overall a fun experience and I would return. Plan on spending $20-$30 for 2 people.
Pros:
Fast friendly service
Decent food
Nostalgic atmosphere
Cons:
Gravel parking lot isn’t the best
Not enough indoor seating
Upgrade to combo is a little expensive

Our family of 10 traveled 57 miles one way to enjoy an afternoon at this establishment which we have been to several times. Everytime we have been the tables were sit apart one by one Today we found 2 tables together and a single table sitting beside it with no sign on about not moving it ( most in the restaurant did have a sign ) we picked the table up and put with the other 2 so or party could all eat together. Before we finished a lady came out of the kitchen and very rudely told us that the tables were not to be moved she was very hateful and very rude . Told us they tables and chairs came from Parkette restaurant that closed in Lexington and they didn’t want to get them broken but still they had 4 garage doors of the restaurant raised halfway with chairs sitting under them to keep them up . Very very poor customer service . Also the building has absolutely no marked exit signs on the doors so I don’t understand how they can even be in business. Along with a broken ice cream machine sitting out in the middle of the dining area . Burgers were ordered with everything on them and they had no lettuce, tomato, pickles or onion on them . They just lost about $200 to $300 of business each time we would go because we will NOT be back and I would not recommend it to no body . Hope the go bankrupt with in 6 months!

The burgers and fries are fantastic! Quaint little place that serves excellent sized portions for a very affordable cost. Two regular size fries was half a takeout bag of fries and the shakes although regular size were indeed large portions. Next visit will be excited to try the sundaes! Absolutely enjoyed the “indoor patio” which has several overhead doors and full roof for rainy days.

Great little 50’s diner! They have added a “garage” with roll up doors on all sides so on nice days you can have a nice breeze or eat inside when they are closed. There are also quite a few picnic tables down the side of the building. Food is wonderful and fresh. Cooked when you order, not a heat lamp in sight! Their prices are better than, or similar to, most of the chain fast food restaurants. I highly recommend stopping by and we will definitely be back.

Great experience for my first stop at Kayla’s Diner. Wings (boneless) are great, glad to have a salad option to go along with the protein. Sweet tea was great I like the garage feel of the decor.
Looks like they have great desserts too

Booming Diner serving both hand dipped and soft serve ice cream and grilled and fried foods. I had the double cheese burger with crinkle fries and the Mrs had the single burger deluxe with onion rings. The burgers were really good with onions cooked in them. We opted to split the hot fudge cake. Our next visit will be for the Chuck wagon and Tenderloin with the banana split for dessert. There are plenty of tables outside and several stools along the wall.

We were in the area at a pumpkin patch & decided to eat someplace we had never tried. So we got on Google Maps & searched restaurants. Kaylas Diner had excellent reviews & seemed like a great place to try. It was fantastic & I cant wait to visit again!
