I honestly don’t know how this place is still open.
I came here with my husband and our two sons and felt uneasy right away. The waitress was rude from the start. She rolled her eyes, gave short answers, and acted annoyed whenever we asked a question. The food took a long time to arrive, and when it finally did, it was cold. One of the orders was also wrong.
When we told her about the mistake, she snapped at us as if it was our fault. She didn’t apologize or try to fix it. The whole experience was terrible, especially with kids.
With poor service and bad food, it’s easy to see why the place was empty.

Sushi was great! And I am very picky. The rice could had been a touch sweeter, but was balanced and light. Perfect chew, and they didn’t over do the rice! See picture. Some sushi places try to give more rice than fish- not here!
Definitely an underrated little spot. The interior is plain and slightly dated but is very clean. Clean bathrooms as well. Service was quick. Will be coming back when in the area.

Great sushi, both traditional and special rolls. Their sashimi is fresh and excellent, particularly their salmon. Love going here!

Beware. These servers add 18% gratuity to ALL checks regardless of how many people are in your party. I dropped my son off with his friend for a birthday dinner. Not only did the server and the cook have a loud verbal argument in the middle of the dining room, but the server added an 18% “service fee to the bill, for service that was questionable at best. I will not eat here again and I encourage you all to avoid this place if at all possible. It is a good thing I was not with them or there would have been a second scene in the dining area. This is a very poor practice by their employees. Tipping is NOT mandatory and should NOT be automatic. To Insure Proper Service.
Shame on you for taking advantage of two young boys.

We order takeout from Kawasaki practically weekly. The sushi is very good. Best in the area and we have tried it all. They are usually busy. They occasionally forget sauces, but the orders are always right. Strongly recommended.

Highly recommend KawaSaki. Have been going there for over a decade – and always liked it but they must have gotten a new chef – because lately the food is off the hook. Absolutely delicious – fresh , gorgeously presented , mouth watering !
The ” all you can eat ” Lunch and Dinner price is a steal . I feel guilty because we always order so much food. Try the Valentine roll ❤️ It’s fantastic.

Their miso soup is my favorite!! I’ve been all over the world, and still find their soup to be better than any I’ve tried. The fried rice and sushi are also great, I’m not a big raw fish eater though, so I opt for the vegetarian rolls.

This is my favorite sushi place in the state. You can get all-you-can-eat from a menu with many options including sashimi and special rolls. I love the variety
