what tasty SUSHI oishi. this was food truck that could of fooled you into being a Michellen star restaurant. the quality of the fish the atmosphere, location. all of it were 10/10. we ordered from the kindest lady and she went above and beyond and helped us with some great role choices. we had the pink lady a ginger roll a dynamite roll. so many great flavors exploding all over. very clean tables and great choices of other food besides sushi. miso soup and edamame. all in a wonderful experience. will going back for sure! it is also BYOB!!

Kaua’i Sushi Station had the best Philly Roll I’ve ever had in my life. Great sushi, a sweet set up, and awesome staff. Jam took our order and then checked up on us during the meal— something you don’t typically expect at a food truck. Great food and great service! Would go back again.

Incredible sushi and atmosphere. Really reasonably priced too. The uni was a special treat, and the yellowtail+cucumber roll with homemade spicy sauce along with the special roll with tuna, avocado, eel and roe we’re amazing. Presentation was so pretty! This was a great last stop before we had to leave Kauai.

Lives up to its name! The sushi tasted perfect! Seriously, sets the standard for how sushi should taste. Loved the covered outdoor lighted tables. It took a little while to get our food, but that was expected with how popular this place is and it was very busy. We may have to go again before our trip is over!

Very good sushi. And I don’t say that lightly. The rice was just the consistency. The content was fresh. Even the simple California and Philadelphia rolls are great, now that says something. Mediocre chefs can make complex food items taste good, but it takes an outstanding chef to make the simple food items taste taste heavenly. Well done.

One of our very first food stops when we arrived in Kauai, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. After researching the best sushi on the island, Sushi Station came up again and again, and I can honestly say it lived up to the praise.
The truck is located right across from Costco, and we were welcomed by a warm and a friendly staff member at the window (which could have possibly been the owner, but I wasn’t too sure) who gave us excellent recommendations.
Whenever I go to a sushi spot, I always order the Philadelphia Roll. It may seem simple, but it is surprisingly easy to get wrong if the balance is off or the wrong ingredients are used. This roll is my test to see if a place can do the basics well, and Sushi Station absolutely nailed it.
The sashimi I tried was freshly caught from Kauai. You could taste the quality immediately, with no lingering fishiness at all, just clean, fresh flavor that made each bite a joy.
I usually cannot finish three rolls in one sitting, but my best friend and I cleared the plate and were both completely at bliss.
The presentation, flavors, balance of ingredients, and freshness of the fish all came together perfectly, and the kindness of the staff made the experience even better.
Sushi Station is definitely a must-visit if you are looking for incredible sushi while in Kauai!

First time trying Sushi Station tonight and we were very impressed!! First of all this is a food truck with picnic tables and outdoor seating with a nice covering incase of rain. Cute lights and lanterns gave it a nice ambiance. Ordering was easy and we were given a buzzer for when our order was ready. The King Ocean was 5* and I’d highly recommend. The Takoyaki was the best I’ve ever had! The fish was fresh, flavors were delicious and we went back for seconds. I don’t think you can order anything here that ISN’T delicious

Great food and service!! We visited couple of times during our stay! The takoyaki is the best one we ever had! And the ocean king gave you a really unique experience from the jalapeño and cilantro. And the Godzilla roll just simply amazing

So I’ve had sushi all over the world . This was very good not the best I’ve had but fresh great presentation. My son said salmon was the best he has had I’ve had better but was real good ! Love the atmosphere also.

We always search for the best places to eat while traveling and we always stop at this place when in Kauai. The food is really fresh and incredibly delicious. We’re sashimi people but love the Okinawa sweet potato roll and the soft shell crab. We go twice each trip at least. Service is exceptional as well!
