We walked over to Katy’s on Sunday from our hotel. We had a delicious menudo breakfast with bread and melon water. We shared a Sonoran style hotdog, which was really good. Katy has been there for 12 years and Rico is her nephew hat helps her out. You definitely have to stop by if you want some delicious Mexican food when you’re in Wilcox.

This place is a gem in the desert! I frequently drive round trip from Austin to Phoenix and search local establishments along the route to eat. Stopped here with the Fam for lunch and ordered a mix of hot dogs and tacos. All choices were awesome. My favs were the bacon hot dog and carne asada tacos. Also had some yummy melon agua fresca. This place is going to be a regular stop on our future travels along I-10, highly recommend you visit this place.

Absolutely incredible food truck. I don’t think I’ve ever had a better street taco, and the hot dog was great too. After every bite my wife said “this is amazing” about her burrito. If you are driving past Wilcox definitely make a stop here.

The whole family loves Katy’s!! We stopped by while driving through town and had a great experience. The carne asada burrito, shredded beef burrito and chicken tacos all have excellent flavor! And we loved that they double checked whether or not the kids wanted spicy salsa — so thoughtful!

Absolutely delicious homemade food. Everything is so fresh. Her corn tortillas are so yummy. This is mine and my husbands go to spot. We literally drive 45 minutes just to het her food. Amazing customer service as well.

When you see the restaurant closed and with a “For Sale” sign, don’t panic! Katy’s is now in the food truck parked next to the building –same menu, same yummy “Estilo Sonora” food.

We stopped here because my son wanted hot dogs. We got Sonoran hot dogs and a regular hot dog for our kid, as well as cantaloupe juice and horchata, it was all really good. Would definitely recommend.
