From the moment we arrived until we left we received excellent customer service. The ambiance and decor was perfect. Our food was all outstanding. We ordered the tuna poke app, and for entrees the duck and short rib. Food was outstanding and the portions were a good size.
Feedback for the restaurant to improve even more: 1) fix the google maps issue or provide guidance on your website and 2) offer just a few more cocktail options.

The service at Katya Vineyards was excellent—our server was attentive and friendly throughout the meal. However, the food was a mixed experience. As a party of four, we sampled several dishes, including the short rib, gnocchi, risotto, and pork shank. While some were enjoyable, others were just okay, which is disappointing given the premium prices. For what we spent, I would have expected consistently outstanding dishes, especially when I’ve had better meals at Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen in Lake Tahoe for a similar price.
To top it off, we ordered the pistachio ricotta cake, which the waiter assured us was made in-house—but it turned out to be the exact one I’ve purchased from Restaurant Depot Express before. That was a letdown.
Overall, the staff was great, but the food and pricing didn’t live up to expectations. For the cost, I’d expect a far more refined and unique dining experience.

We are absolutely blown away by the ambiance, the incredible staff and THE FOOD! Chef Tony and Katya were the kindest, friendliest and funniest people. Chef Tony is truly gifted. We did the custom four course meal – WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY SPENT! My husband and I truly fell in love – we felt welcome, we felt pampered. We will back as soon as possible! Went to Katya Vineyards for a special birthday dinner and it did not disappoint. The food was absolutely amazing, beautifully plated and full of flavor. The service was just as impressive: attentive, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. The whole experience felt classy and relaxed. I even snapped a picture of my dish because it looked that good. Definitely planning to come back again. Highly recommend.

A well deserved 5 star review! I was looking for a beautiful restaurant to help celebrate my husband’s new job offer. I was recommend by my friend so automatically thought of Katya. My waitress was absolutely amazing, the atmosphere was romantic and angelic. The live entertainment made it even more luxurious but the thing that really struck me was how passionate the Chef is. He literally walks around to check on all of his guests, their food, and their time at the restaurant. The cocktails were good, the food was great, the service was the best, the desert was heavenly. Ambiance, TOP NOTCH! Service by Kristin was of high caliber! You feel special from the moment you walk in. Classy is an understatement! Chef Tony was present and made sure to make one feel you were home away from home! My husband and I were celebrating both our birthdays. My hubby a chef himself chose the seabass and he gave the dish five stars! Myself being a vegetarian, Tony created a divine ravioli custom made with a splash of jalapeño! Desert coconut tiramasu! The wine and specialty drinks, also on point! If your looking for a place that is for royalty without a stuffy & snooty atmosphere, this is it! A ten out of ten!!! I hope this place continues to THRIVE! WELL DONE!
