Epic. Came in for Wednesday comedy but an awesome live band was playing first! Fun vibe where you just dont know whats going to happen. Looking for a good time where you suddenly fit in and have local friends? This is the spot.

This is the place to go if you are looking for an incredible time. Go alone or with friends. It is accepting of all and the decor changes constantly! It is a place where strangers become family and differences are embraced. You will find people of all walks of life laughing and blending under one roof. The food is also incredible! Ive never had a restaurant make a better BLT… each meal is made with love…. the prices are reasonable too. I guess if I had to say something bad it can occasionally get a little hot in the building? But the themed costume parties, nightly karaoke, and hours of shared laughs make up for it every time! Oh and dont even get me started on the birthdays!! Its THE PLACE TO HAVE YOUR NEXT PARTY!!!!

It’s a dive, and I mean it’s really a dive. Mismatched beer cans in the fridge, mannequin heads on the taps, and cheesy printed posters. But this place is also for everyone. Safe for LGBTQ, not safe for Nazis. Also Kat is a delight, the Reuben is spectacular, and the beer lines are hella clean.

I wanted to love this place but couldnt. The one waitress was completely alone while she tried to juggle 100 different tasks. There were flies swarming our table, the food was extremely bland, and their online menu is not accurate you can only order off the white board. I felt bad that our waitress was stressed but ultimately for times pricy as these everything needs to be top notch or its not worth returning.

I’ve had back-to-back upper respiratory infections and now have had a clogged ear for an entire week. And why am I feeling sorry for myself the most over? All the fun I’m missing at Katt’s! Headbanger’s Ball! Wrestling night! A touring band from Europe! A Big Lebowski party!
I discovered this bar last year thanks to some friends I was in a play with at our amazing Lincoln Theatre down town. Since then I’ve been going just about every Saturday and often more than once a week if I can.
Katt’s is SUCH a fun and welcoming place!. I’m a single female but I never feel unsafe going there alone. Everyone is just so upbeat and friendly – staff and bar patrons. Karaoke is nearly every night and so much fun since we can stand right out on the dance floor with a cordless mic.
Rob the karaoke host/DJ/sound tech is SO friendly and fun and really gets the crowd going. I especially love how whenever it’s someone’s birthday he singles them out with a special rocking birthday song that we all start screaming along to. (See pic attached with Rob up on a chair serenading birthday boy Mike.)
Katt, the owner, is always friendly. She’s also an AMAZING cook! Love their tacos, burgers and don’t miss if she has baked goods! She also does a lot for the community gathering bottled water, clothing, toiletries for the homeless. Her bar crew are super friendly and attentive as well. They also often have great drink specials and some REALLY tasty cocktails!
I especially love all the free live music and comedy shows there and I did my first stand-up comedy at Katt’s recently. So fun!!!! Even though I was nervous and referred to notes I’d typed up to bring up there with me it didn’t matter. I was treated with the same attention and respect as the pros! Definitely will do it again!
The theme parties are amazing. Halloween was incredible and for Christmas Katt’s had a PAJAMA PARTY! We were all in our fuzzy jammies singing karaoke – sooooo fun! New Years was super fun as well.
So if you want an amazingly fun place where EVERYONE is welcome – gay, straight, liberal, conservative, country mouse, city mouse WHATever – come to Katt’s! We’d love to meet you!!!

We were recommended to try katts while on vacation. That was a mistake. Everything we tried to order off their menu they were not sure if they had it, or the bartender “ate the last of it last night” only had 3 types oh alcohol so they couldn’t make a mixed drink and the taps tasted sour, sign their taps are not clean.
The 8pm karaoke had not started by the time we left at 9:15pm. And the staff was to interested in hanging out with their friends/ regulars then attending to all guests.
Food was experimental at best and should be reconsidered before serving again it was not seasoned, unless you consider the faint taste of propane on cold ham .
Only charming thing was the dive atmosphere

Our first time in, won’t be the last! The food was delicious! Katt is outgoing, kind, opinionated, and has good stories. We lucked out and arrived when she wasn’t busy, so we were blessed to have her hang around and chat with us after we ate. If you have the chance to try out her MonteCristo sandwich special, do it!

Great little dive and bar. Karaoke was fun.
Both burgers and fries were pretty meh. Mushroom and onion were not even cooked. No sauces. Fries tasted like frozen from a bag.
Burger itself was actually well seasoned, just needed some better fixings.
5 stars for the bar and I’m people. 3 for the food.
