Quick, tasty, inexpensive breakfast and lunch. We were staying nearby so visited here twice for breakfast. Really friendly service and the breakfast came out really fast and fresh.
Portions are huge so I’m lucky I had this on my day off from work otherwise I would have needed a nap

This was my second week in a row coming to this restaurant as I really enjoyed it the first time. I was HIGHLY disappointed with my experience this time around, and I wish I had checked the food before I left. I knew when I saw the COLOR eggs something was OFF, but assumed it was the grill. But then I tasted the eggs and it was SWEET and tasted like Cinnamon. It was either the batter from the French toast or the grill wasn’t cleaned prior to the eggs. THEN, I tasted the grits and they were so GRITTTTTY, as they weren’t cooked long enough. There is nothing worse than wasting money on disappointing food. I didn’t have time to call or come back to have the food remade.

Insane flavor combos. I never would have done a grilled ham and cheese with homemade apple butter on my own, but wow and am I happy I had it. Definitely recommend.

Food was better than expected. Stumbled upon it while walking around the city for breakfast. Staff was friendly, food was fast and delicious, and great potions! I ordered the avocado toast with a side of home fries. Lemonade was perfect and I had a cinnamon roll and a chocolate chip cookie to go.

We were in Richmond for an event and were searching for a breakfast spot. We found this spot and did not regret stopping by!
Though the food may not appeal to the eyes, it was really homey and tasteful! Other places may offer beautiful appealing meals, but the taste is bland. Kat’s is NOT like that! The breakfast here was delicious!!!
I ordered the 701 combo. My siblings got two southside combos and a breakfast sandwich. We also got a omelet (not pictured). I was very pleased with the apples. They were delicious! And not like the ones you would typically get in a country restaurant like CB.
Everything was amazing! The staff was friendly, cheerful, and helpful! We really enjoyed our stay. Wish I lived closer. Would definitely be a regular customer!

This place was just up the street from my hotel, and I’m glad I checked it out! Such an awesome vibe, good people, great food and cool little spot! I would highly recommend stopping in for breakfast or lunch. I had the chicken sandwich and it was cooked perfectly, but everything I saw looked delicious!

The food was good. Had the Franklin Street Breakfast Plate with Eggs over medium, bacon, cheese grits, and sour dough toast. My friend had the breakfast Plate with scrambled eggs and cheese, fried potatoes, and buttermilk biscuit. We were also given a Big cookie . Great Service
