The manager/owner is super nice very down to earth mingles with the guest and make sure that everybody’s OK. Most of the bartenders there are excellent. They’re on top of service. They keep it clean. The drinks are good… this was my first time visiting kats.. The live band was amazing. There was lots of crowd involvement. Everybody seemed to be having a wonderful time. It was definitely a chill environment. In the sense of letting loose. I will definitely be back, and I have suggested this place to many others.

I’ve been to this establishment before for karaoke. This time it was a bit disappointing. I got there early in the evening and ordered a drink. No server checked back on me to see if I wanted another one until an hour and a half later. Yes, I could have walked up to the bar and asked for a drink, but I chose not to.
I also bought in a new customer from outside the Nashville area. When he arrived, he waited almost 20 minutes until someone took his order for food. The attention to the guests was not great.
The karaoke host, who is an amazing singer, sang more than anyone else on this Wednesday night. At best, this is a hit or miss karaoke bar.

Update: I visited the bar again after the owner’s response and managed to resolve the issue with the manager on site. Thank you. The manager reviewed the transactions and confirmed the extra charge resulted from a human error. This is understandable. The charge was not related to an open tab, despite the owner’s reply suggesting otherwise. What raised concern was the initial staff response. They promised a callback and did not follow through. Owners and managers care about reputation and feedback. Front-line staff often do not.

Live music, delicious food, and a great atmosphere! We love Kat’s. From karaoke to live music, it’s always a good time. Her food is delicious. Tonight we tried the Real Fries, so good! Fried mushrooms, yum. Chicken tenders, fabulous. And my husband had the Kat-a-lac burger and declared it divine. Beyond bar food.

Ordered wings on DoorDash, tried calling to get extra sauce on my wings and got no answer. Then get my wings which were supposed to be garlic Parmesan but were the most flavorless wings I ever had. And on top of that, they gave me all drums. Had to throw some hot sauce on there for flavor lol

Fun, local place to hang out, have some drinks, and get some food. There is usually plenty of seating with several tables and a bar. The food is standard for a bar restaurant and will have something for everyone. Kat’s often has fun activities like trivia and karaoke throughout the week. They also have a few arcade games as well as darts and pool that are always there. It’s great for couples, families, and singles. There’s something for everyone. Kat, herself, is often there helping out and is one of the nicest people you will meet!
