The food was on point, fresh delicious fried fish, the fried shrimp was delicious as well. The Fries is crunchy and sooo yummy. The service, as slow but the food is totally worth the wait. Service was amazing. Highly recommend giving this restaurant a try.

This place was really good! We started with the crab alcapurria, which was nice and flavorful. The steak mofongo was hands down the best–absolutely delicious.
I ordered the conch salad thinking it was $18, but ended up with a $39 version on the bill. It was okay, though a bit more chewy than I prefer, and the portion was huge. It seems some items have a base price with add-ons.. definitely ask for clarification before ordering to avoid surprises.
Besides the pricing confusion, the food is good, very flavorful and authentic. I’d definitely return now that I know to double-check the details upfront. Great spot overall!

Stopped at Katrina’s to eat our first night in Puerto Rico. Food was great! Mojitos were so good! Make the stop if you are visiting Dorado, Puerto Rico.

We wanted to try some local flavor and this hit the spot. We enjoyed the live music piping in from across the street and the wonderful staff. The vibe was relaxed and comfortable. No rushing here.

Absolutely fabulous! I had a rice dish with beans, beef, plantain, oniiins, peppers. My husband had the grouper with a sauce which was a like a light creole. Mojito is a must. Light and refreshing. Staff so friendly and welcoming. Will definitely go back.

We were seated promptly but had to wait a long time for the waiter to take our order. While the presentation was good, the food quality and taste ranged from okay to bad. Nothing felt fresh. We had to flag the waitress each time we needed something. It was an unsatisfactory experience.

Good food in a relaxed atmosphere dining on a covered patio. Mofongo varieties such as vegetables and conch were delicious as were seafood dishes such as snapper and mahi-mahi. Had the seafood and chicken soups. They are meals in themselves. A much better option than resort hotel restaurants. After dinner you can walk along a couple of blocks containing open air bars and other restaurants. Some of them had live music.

A nice atmosphere in an “almost” open air space (under a roof but no walls) for great food also with local recipes. Great mofongo (we tried octopus and shrimps, but also other options available) and really great rice. Also some starters were available. Margarita also excellent.

This place is great great great! I don’t even know where to start everything about this place is awesome. The location the environment the food, the service the people it is so welcoming and inviting and so much fun. usually, we try to experience a bunch of different places when we’re on vacation to get a feel overall but because Katrina‘s was so darn good. We had to visit it again while we were there. The location is so great. It’s right across from the beach. They print plenty of little and small dive bars and restaurants all around so you get your pick of many places to go depending on your taste and we thoroughly enjoyed it and it totally comes alive in the evening with the nightlife.
