This time my husband and I had a not so favorable experience at Katie’s today. We waited 45 minutes in a restaurant that was not packed for mild wings and fries. When the food finally arrived the wings were cold and barely sauced but the fries were hot. What we did notice was that either a worker or owner was sitting in front of us at the larger table with several people and they were going to the kitchen or bar to get their food for the people at their table while our server(the red haired young lady) spent her time servicing them rather than making sure her tables were taken care of. It took forever for our food to come out yet she was trying to clean table up with us clearly still having food on our plates. We will not be patronizing Katie’s again.

I had such a great experience at Katie’s Sports Bar & Grill in Grayson! The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, perfect for hanging out with friends or watching a game. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive the entire time. The food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor—definitely better than your average sports bar menu. I’ll absolutely be back soon. Highly recommend!

We ordered chicken wings, they were good. I ordered hamburger with double meat and the burgers were SMALL, way over cooked and way under seasoned. We also got a salad hard to mess up a salad. Atmosphere was geared for older generation but it was nice.

We had a fried chicken sandwich, Cuban Frita Burger, a cup of chili, and chicken nachos. All were very good. We asked and apparently the cook is named Shaquille. Shaquille knows what he’s doing. And out server Brooke did a great job as well. Try it! You’ll like it!

Great food and service. The Cuban steak sandwich was delicious and the seasoning was to die for. I’m from Miami and it was as good as our steak sandwiches.

We live very close to this bar so we want this to be our go to! All we want is a bar that we know the staff and the patrons and can have some drinks, laughs and good times! When this bar was Friends we did not get that! Now that it has reopened as Katie’s, I think the potential is there! The staff is friendly and the regulars seem pretty nice. A decent amount of TVs to catch the game and there is plenty of seating. We can come here with our family or as a couple. They even have a black bean burger and pickle chips (I don’t know if the pickle chips are 100% vegan) We’ve enjoyed the experience and hope to continue to visit consistently in the future!

They got the Steelers game on the TV for me took them a few but management keep trying and figured it out great service waitress was fast and friendly but the food I only got loaded fries and the oil taste old hard to eat lots bacon over cooked. I’m going to try wings in few but this doesn’t look like a great play to eat, I’ll come back for a drink and football but not dinner so far

Let me start by saying that Ally is my new best friend, lol. She is very friendly on the phone and in person and fixes a great margarita! We got our food to go and ordered the churros, honey crossaints, bang bang shrimp, chicken nachos, Katie’s street dog, steak fries and southwest egg rolls and I have no complaints! We will definitely be back to try more of this deliciousness!

Appetizer was Chips & Queso. Flavor and taste and texture were good. Queso was served room temp, which caused it to thicken quickly, and it wasn’t as enjoyable as it would have been if warm.
Entree was Chicken Philly with Fries. This was very good, plenty of toppings, not dry, and tasted good. Wasn’t the best I’ve ever had, but it was good, and I’d order it again. Fries were basic steak fries. Could have used some more flavor or something to make them stand out.
Kid#1 had chicken tenders with mashed potatoes. I did sample her chicken, and it was very good. She liked both the chicken and potatoes. She gives her meal 5 stars.
Kid#2 had the grilled cheese and fries. The grilled cheese was awful. You all could do so much better. Please go have the grilled cheese nearby at Legends Bar & Grill to pick up some pointers. My son couldn’t even take a 2nd bite.
Service was quick and friendly.
The atmosphere was good. I enjoyed the music though it was a tad loud but not so loud that you couldn’t have a conversation.
