Update 07/2024 Lunch – tried the chicken bowl (like KFC) and it was good. Saltier than KFC but worth the try as the July deal. Big enough hubby and I should have split one bowl. Lunchtime wait times are much shorter.

Decent food. It’s hit or miss though. Sometimes you’ll get surprised by a tiny amount of chicken in your sandwich. It’s usually good though. You definitely get a lot of value. Most of the meals cost less than what you’d pay going to a fast food restaurant. You need to walk through a Casino to get to Katie’s Kitchen, but that’s not a big deal. There are also free for fountain drinks, and a dispenser that lets you customize them. If you get your food to go, it comes in styrofoam trays inside a plastic bag. Overall, it’s hard to go wrong (except the occasional time you end up with something a little smaller or worse than you expecting, but that doesn’t happen often.

Food was delicious, but the lady taking our order was very rude to the customers and everybody working there… 2 females were yelling at a guy until he cried, next second the exact one yelling at others tried to cry? It made no sense. And I hope she gets fired so people there are no longer abused… those 2 ladies are in the front, first and only person we talk to was one of them and she was rude to us and rude to the people she worked with. Dark hair, brown eyes, kinda chunky and short. She needs to do better, as a worker, but also as a human being…!

Great food! This seriously tastes so good! June special is a blt wrap with seasoned fries. I ate at a clean table and watched atmosphere tv with funny video clips. Good stuff. Come get some!

Ordered the pot roast, mashed potatoes, and carrots. Portions were cut in half from a previous purchase a week ago. Took it home, opened, and carrots were spread out, half the meat from last time.Very disappointed.

I had ordered some food earlier in the evening and it was good! But when I came back later around 0330 it seemed like other staff had come on. They had overcharged me on my order and when I noticed it right away they told me to wait for a manager to correct it. I waited almost 40 minutes. The cooks and staff looked like they were gossiping about my order and I felt like they had done something terrible to my food, that I just wanted a refund. But they made that a big problem to on July 8. I dont think you should eat at a place when it looks like the staff want to give you a problem!!

My wife and I are regulars at Angel of the Winds and have always had good things to say except tonight. We decided to catch a quick bite to eat at Katie’s Kitchen. I didn’t expect much from the food because it is fast food afterall. I was shocked to see zero hairnets on any kitchen staff, including the greasy long haired guy cooking! I question the cleanliness of anything coming out of that place! I will note that the girl behind the counter was nice and seemed to make sense of a very disorganized line. I won’t be returning to this restaurant for fear of food poison. It may take this place being reported for them to make any change.
