I dropped into katie’s for a birthday party. We had an amazing time. The beer was cold and the band was rocking! I would definitely suggest this place to anyone trying to find a really cool local establishment to have a quick beer or snack at. They have live music regularly.I would suggest trying to catch one of the bands that plays there. The daddy long necks were awesome!

I go to Katie’s for the music. I did in on open mic nights and jam. They almost always have to notch local and regional band. The food is primarily bar pizza but it’s not too bad. They just started having steak night on Wednesday’s. Definitely worth going for steaks cooked to order by my friend Denby. You get Angus steak, potatoe, side and salad for $25. My wife and I can split 1 and it’s plenty. The bar and wait staff are the best. Drinks are reasonably priced and consistent.

Katie’s Bar in Bacliff is the BEST live music venue in Galveston County!! The staff is very friendly, and attentive. Even when it’s packed they swing by the table to see if you need anything. Great atmosphere. They have live music of the week and hear some great music! Artists like Mark May, James Wilhite & The Classics, Mike Zito, Blues Survivors, Funksion, Chip Oliphant, Hugo Jamz and many more. Plenty of parking in the rear lot. Cold AC, Ice Cold Drinks, and Patio area outside. Perfect Hiden Gem!
