I visited Kaki Thai Restaurant in Orangeville and I’m seriously blown away! The food was incredibly delicious — bursting with authentic Thai flavors that made every bite unforgettable. From the presentation to the taste, everything was perfect. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made the entire experience even better.
If you’re in Orangeville, this is an absolute must-try! I can’t wait to go back and try more dishes. Highly recommend this gem — 10/10!
Their lunch deals are SUCH A GREAT DEAL! $16 for soup of the day, spring roll, Thai curry with a protein and steamed rice. 1990’s prices for a great lunch! That is WINNING!
Quality was tasted and enjoyed throughout the entire combo. They have the best chicken based broth for their chicken wonton soup. When the broth is just as much of an enjoyment as those delicious fresh tightly wrapped chicken wontons, you’ve got an amazing broth! Spring roll was a nice to have before the main part of the combo. The red Thai curry chicken with steamed rice was very delicious and hit the spot. Chicken was fresh and tender and the rice just sopped up that beautiful sauce.
Saw that they also had Mango with warm sticky coconut rice. It was the perfect ending to my GALENTINE’S solo lunch! Their Thai iced tea is authentic and so refreshing.
Serena was the server at lunch and she was amazing as usual.
Thank you Serena, this place deserves to have a higher average rating!!!
Great balance of the 5 essentials of Thai cooking, great service, reasonable prices.
Been here once. Really good food. Tried the following.
Chicken wantons
Spring rolls
Fried rice
Pad Thai
Lemongrass soup- think that’s what it was.
No complains as everything tasted fresh and really good.
Will return to try again to see how consistent they are.
Starting off with the soft rolls, personally I was a bit worried as it has mango in them, and I’m not really a fan of mango. But it works, they were delicious and refreshing, always a good sign of a good chef if they can make you like something you normally don’t.
For the entrée, I had the pad sew, usually my go to at most Thai restaurants. The noodles felt fresh, the meat and broccoli very good. Definitely a dish to return to.
With that and the good service, this is a place I’ll be returning to for sure!
I had the Drunken Noodles which are a real treat for anyone that likes REALLY spicy food. Even if you ask to tone that dish down, it is still very hot.
We also had the coconut soup with shrimp. In each bowl we had 4 large shrimp in addition to mushrooms. It was delicious.
Thanks again!!
