Kathy’s Kitchen was amazing from start to finish. I came in with my three grandchildren (11 months, 3, and 4 years old) and the staff was incredibly kid-friendly and helpful. They kept the kids entertained with crayons and coloring, which made such a difference. The restaurant was spotless — honestly one of the cleanest bathrooms I’ve ever seen.
Katlynn was our waitress and she was excellent: very attentive, friendly, and quick with service. The food came out fast, was prepared perfectly, and tasted great. Even my picky grandchild said everything was delicious, which says a lot! They made what could’ve been a stressful outing easy and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back.

Holy cow! What a great surprise! I can honestly say I had the best western omlette I’ve ever had!l. The grits were fantastic too. We wanted to eat in but we’re traveling with our little dog and it was too hot to leave him in the car. Our server was so nice. Even the bathrooms were clean and nice. To me, it shows that they care.

We’re about to go for our 4th time. We absolutely LOVE this place! Ms Carolina keeps my coffee nice and hot, and we always get amazing service! Our last 2 times my wife and I order the meatlovers omelet and the country fried steak to split. You won’t find a better breakfast!

We visited Kathy’s Kitchen yesterday and had a mixed experience. Unfortunately, my wife’s fried shrimp came out still frozen inside, which was very disappointing. To their credit, they handled it professionally and removed her meal from the ticket after we brought it to their attention.
My daughter’s nachos were underwhelming and reminded us more of gas station food than a restaurant dish. My patty melt was decent and probably the highlight of the meal, and the fries were cooked well texture-wise, but they lacked seasoning or flavor. Even the iced tea wasn’t very good.
Overall, the staff did the right thing when there was an issue, which we appreciated. However, the food quality felt inconsistent, and the limited menu could benefit from both expansion and more attention to flavor and execution. With some improvements to consistency and quality control, this place could be much better.

Literally the best country fried steak I’ve ever had and the best overall breakfast my wife and I have had in a long time! She had the pork chop and eggs, her pork chop was perfectly cooked and seasoned just right. Freshest eggs and potatoes were golden brown. This will now be our regular breakfast spot!
