Excellent service, fantastic food. I ordered the mixed grill. If I had to critique it honestly I would have to say that I was disappointed that the mixed grill only had one piece of shrimp in it. Our server was absolutely fantastic And the food was tasty and delicious.

First let’s start with the service! This young lady at the front desk was amazing . She was courteous and helpful. She brought me a nice cold drink of water while I waited for my take out order!! I would go back based on her alone!. I got veg Biryani which was tasty along with veg samosas which were NOT frozen cookie cutter. You can tell they were made on premises I believe. I love that. Highly recommend! Beautiful dining room as well

I’ve had almost everything on the menu here over the last 15 years or so.
I work down the street and come in all the time. Really! I thank God, the stars, Buddha, the owners, anyone that had anything to do with Kathmandu opening in Towson.
The dishes are so savory, perfectly seasoned. Wonderful.
The staff is pleasant and helpful
The food has never disappointed me ever. I’ve encouraged other from work to come and the adventurous became fans too.

Love this place! The food was excellent, very well seasoned and fresh tasting. The ambiance is mom and pop and very friendly, especially our waitress kcn who took great care of us, same with the entire staff. The prices are great too for the amount of food you get. I’ll be bringing my family when they visit here to have an excellent meal at an excellent restaurant. Definitely a 10/10 would recommend type of place!

Finally found my go to dining spot in Towson: Kathmandu did not disappoint. Manoj, owner’s nephew, provided excellent service. Everything I ordered was pretty delish: veggie pakora, chicken soup and chicken gorkhali. Particularly loved the flavoring and spices of gorkhali, and sliced ginger pieces make each bite that much nicer.
This will be a repeat dining spot for my Towson business stays. Highly recommend this place to anyone that likes Nepalese and Indian cuisine as many of their dishes are a crossover from Indian food.

Recently moved in the area and wanted to try out there bread naans. I was extremely disappointed with there naans. There single regular naan is 4 dollars which is most expensive I have been. The naans that I received were half cooked and very thin and the waste was mediocre.

This place is Definitely a hidden gem! It’s beautiful inside with wonderful atmosphere and decor. The food was fantastic, great flavors and perfectly made! We went here for my birthday, I had Lamb Korma (wonderful, the lamb was exceptional and so tender) and my partner had something with paneer that had the most wonderful smokey spicy flavor! We had wonderful appetizers and great tea too. I ordered Gulab Jamun as a desert treat and it was amazing, and the wonderful server was so sweet! She had caught that it was my birthday and came back to the table with another Gulab Jamun with a candle and sang me Happy birthday, it really made my day! We will absolutely be back!

I’ve been here twice. The first time I was scared because we were the only people in the place. We followed the waiters recommendations (because we didn’t know what we were doing). The food was outstanding. We were in Towson today and my husband reminded me of the place. I immediately said yes and was absolutely pleased once again and once again we were the only people in the place. Try it! It’s worth the trip. And they deserve to be busy!!!!
