There are a couple of truly friendly staff (since some new staff was just hired) and there is another staff that was always friendly but it’s weird because if you go in and they’re not working the register or making the drinks then they just ignore you so I don’t know if it’s truly friendly or just being courteous. I think it’s just being courteous. It’s kind of disappointing because you see the same person and have conversations with them regularly but then they act like you don’t exist unless they are working the register or making drinks (or doing both) but one of the new staff, Maddie seems very friendly and truly personable and there’s another new staff that seems personable as well. One of the staff is not only not very friendly but claims that she can’t figure out how to do an egg wrap even though there are turkey wraps and other wraps (I believe including a build your own) but evidently figuring out how to put a couple of eggs and bacon on a wrap is very difficult and the other staff that’s typically there just don’t chip in when they hear this sort of thing going on. It’s just weird. If you’re lucky you will go in when one of the courteous or the truly friendly staff are there. I will personally be going to a different shop because I don’t like the hot and cold behaviors.
Their Chai, is great. I do know that there is another location even though it’s much further from me since I live across the street from this location but if you have the same experiences regularly then there is another one a few miles away or if you just drop in because you happen to be shopping at the mall then you won’t be disappointed with their drinks.

Visited the Flatirons location. As others have mentioned, the drinks are very sweet. I’m assuming it’s the base that’s used since Chai is not traditionally that sweet, just slightly sweet with mostly spice notes. I had a Sugar free vanilla base Chai with the sugar free coconut syrup. I’ve never purchased a drink that still had chunks of the base floating around in it. The flavor of the drink itself was sweet and I could definitely taste the coconut which was great, but due to all of the undissolved base floating around, it made for a very weird drinking experience. I kept getting the chunks ever few sips. I probably won’t revisit or if I do, will try a hot drink since the mixing of the base isn’t happening very well in the cold drinks. The employees probably need to be mixing a little longer. I’d like to give the spot another shot. Being an avid chai drinker I always like to try new places. The ladies were very nice and helpful, answered my questions, the atmosphere was also good.

Good coffee/tea, and good service. It’s in the mall so maybe not the most standard setting for a shop like this but they make the most of it and the atmosphere in the store is a lot of fun. A lot of really good choices!

A nice little coffee shop which specializes with Chai. Had a soy latte which was good but not anything different then the Starbucks near by. The barista even said they use the same beans. Wish they would try and differ from them and not imitate then. Also, unfortunately they charge extra for non dairy milk.

Cute Chai place at the mall. It feels cozy. Always have friendly service. I love Chai and they have such great varieties of flavors. They sell the syrups as well, at a decent price. My daughter enjoys as well and we get a Chai everytime we go to the Mall. Thanks for all that you do!

Absolutely has been such a special and unique place to me. Been coming here for years and am never disappointed. The staff is so pleasant and cheerful. The beverages are incredibly delicious. I was not impressed by the attire of one of the baristas-had half of her butt hanging out of her shorts. Very sure families with young children would not be impressed. Moreover, I have experienced rudeness from your baristas, which made me feel unwelcome. It is imperative that their behavior be addressed to ensure customers are treated with respect. As a regular customer who supports your business, I appreciate kindness and consistency. Thank you.
