This was an excellent meal in Crete! We had the bread service, mussels, grilled shrimps, and daily catch (red snapper). The whole meal was delicious and we got a complementary dessert and small ouzo glass each. The view was spectacular at sunset and the wait staff was very kind and spoke multiple languages. Highly recommend!

The food (fried halloumi with tomatoes and the Greek pasta with shrimp) was delicious, the service discreet but prompt, and I presume the gentleman seating us was the owner, very helpful and friendly. Had an amazing meal here! Fresh seafood cooked simplistically but to perfection. And the fries were to die for. Friendly and helpful staff plus the location made the meal even more memorable. Pity we were too full to try the fried fish and fried zucchini fritters. They looked really good too. Well worth a visit and the prices were very reasonable.

This was our first dinner in Heraklion, and it was a wonderful experience! The restaurant is right by the sea — enjoying dinner with the breeze and sunset was amazing.
The service was excellent and the owner was very friendly. The lamb chops were incredibly tasty, and both the seafood pasta and squid were super fresh and delicious. After the meal, we were treated to homemade chocolate cake and house-made liquor, which was a lovely surprise.
The owner also showed us some fish freshly caught from the sea. We didn’t ask for the price since we were on a budget, but it might not be as expensive as we thought.
I was feeling a bit down earlier in the day because we only planned one day in Chania with its beautiful beaches, but this amazing dinner in Heraklion totally made up for it. If we ever come back to Crete, we’ll definitely return to this restaurant

The food was simply out of this world – we started with a classic Greek salad and some fries that were just perfect. Then came the shrimp tempura – light, crispy, and full of flavor – followed by tender, perfectly grilled octopus that truly melted in your mouth. One of the highlights was the zucchini, cut into thin strips and fried in a delicious coating – we were already full, but we couldn’t stop eating!
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the owner was incredibly kind and hospitable. It felt just like being in a cozy Cypriot taverna, where the owners greet you like old friends. To top it all off, we were treated to an amazing raki and the most delicious homemade chocolate I’ve ever tasted – truly unforgettable.

This is such a beautiful spot to have a sunset dinner. There are many seafood options and the staff were absolutely lovely, and they gave us free dessert. I would recommend the stuffed shrimp and ordering a couple of sides.

One of the best dinners on Crete I eat fresh fish with fried potatoes and salad. And that was super delicious! The staff and the owner are really kind and generous. Delicious food and very friendly staff. We had fresh fish carpaccio from sea bass like a ceviche which was really good and boiled greens that were amazing, fish soup and fried calamari. Everything was on point! Will come back for sure.
