I truly enjoyed my dining experience here and was very satisfied with the service. It appeared that the owner or manager was exceptionally helpful, going above and beyond to assist me with my needs. I believe that excellent service consistently fosters customer loyalty. I look forward to returning whenever I am in this area of town.

The combo kebab koobideh was served on a large plate, with a very simple looking presentation. There were the meats, some basmati rice, and roasted tomatoes. It also came with a tiny slab of butter on the side, but really nothing else. The chicken koobideh was quite flavorful and had a little bit of spice. The beef koobideh in my opinion were even better, extremely tender and we’ll seasoned, not much more to ask for. The roasted tomatoes complimented the dish really nicely overall. Definitely good eats, would like to be back for more!

We were warmly greeted right when we walked in and invited to sit wherever we liked. Shortly after, our waiter brought out a pan of fresh bread with a few unique sides—mint leaves, cheese, and turnips—which was such a nice touch. Our food arrived quickly, within about 10 minutes, and each plate was beautifully presented. The flavors were unique, delicious, and surprisingly filling. The restaurant itself had a calm, relaxing atmosphere—not too loud—making it a great spot to enjoy a meal.

This is the closest Persian restaurant to us, so we come here pretty often and it never disappoints. The food is always fresh, full of flavor, and really delicious.
The service is great and they have plenty of staff, so everything moves quickly. Everyone is friendly, and the owner is a very nice person, which makes the place feel welcoming.
If you’re in the area and looking for good Persian food, I definitely recommend this place.

The food was decent, with a few standout dishes like the kebabs and saffron rice. However, some items lacked the rich flavors I was hoping for. The service was polite but a bit slow, and the ambiance could use a little warmth. Not a bad spot, but there’s room for improvement.

We have come here several times and have always had a great experience. The bread is amazing. We typically get either of the chicken or beef kubideh or barg. I am a dipper so I always get the khiar. Yummy!!

I have passed Kasra Persian Cafe a few times along a delivery route that I do. I went in not knowing what to expect and I was immediately greeted by the wait staff. Was Not sure what I wanted so the waitress recommended a # 1 Barg which was grilled fillet minion with steamed rice and Persian salad. The fillet was well seasoned and made to my liking and the rice was fluffy and steamed fresh. The waitress added butter into my rice which was well received an added buttery flavor to my rice. My Persian Salad was fresh and the salad dressing was delicious. I shall return to dine at Kasra Persian Cafe AGAIN!

One of the Best Persian Spots in Houston.
The food here is fresh and full of flavor—authentic Persian taste done right. The kebabs are juicy, and the rice perfectly cooked. Service is quick, and the vibe is warm and inviting. Easily one of my go-to spots in the city.

I got the beef kubideh and hummus. The hummus was pretty good, and the beef was noticeably seasoned, tender and juicy. The rice wasn’t bland, but it also didn’t have a LOT of flavor either, and the bread chewed like CICI’s pizza crust. Overall decent

We were at this Kesra location around 8–9 PM. I was served raw/undercooked chicken, and it’s now 12:44AM—I’m awake in real stomach pain because of it.
The waitress ignored me at first, then said “maybe next time.” The manager said it was “just two pieces” and offered to cook the same plate again, which is a food safety violation.
Despite all this, we were still told a tip was expected.
