I’m actually excited about this review. I have one 1 negative thing. I’ll say it first, because it’s the only flaw. My shrimp was overcooked. It was tough
It was butterflied and clean tho!!!!
The fish was delicious, just the right amount of seasoning, flaky crunchy, and REAL CATFISH! NOT SWAI or some cheap copy fish version. I really appreciate that.
The part I loved…THE LEMONADE!!!!! It was Blue and filled with fresh strawberries and blueberries and lemons ❤️. I so wasn’t expecting it. And it was just 3.50! I’ve seen cups of lemonade like this be 8 dollars and up. I’m not saying she needs to charge more.. please don’t. But I loved it because it wasn’t overly sweet , it was icy cold, and full of fruit. I wasn’t overwhelmed by sugar..nor cheated by a ton of ice. The obvious new hire was sweet. My food took 15 minutes….cooked hot and fresh. I’ll definitely come back. I actually want more of the lemonade. It’s a food truck, they do have outdoor covered seating. The staff was friendly. Awesome food and customer service.

9/10 got the works ( spicy) and my nose wasn’t running but it had a nice burn. Good purge. Really juicy/flavorful and very few small/mushy ones. Handwashing station was a plus. Great customer service and kept the line moving.

The crawfish is always fresh and juicy. Great service as well. It’s a food truck so don’t expect a sit down restaurant. They do have chairs and tables out there and a wash station to wash your hands.

The crawfish were delicious. I got the Kasian Spicy and it was just spot on. The corn was so juicy and flavorful. I also got some crab legs that were cooked just perfect. The meat just pulled off the shell intact. The line moved very slow so pack your patience. I spent a full hour there and that was just the wait to order and the time to get my food. When I arrived there were about 20 people in line.

The absolute best crawfish. I get the Works seasoning with the regular spice level. I love the peppers, garlic and bits of onion in the sauce—it pairs extremely well with the crawfish. The flavor is so unique, I can’t compare it to anything. You just have to try it for yourself and you’ll see.

I loveeeeee this place. The owner has always been so cool & down to earth since day 1. I found out about this place at the beginning of crawfish season this year. I’m from Louisiana & I’m super picky about my crawfish but he doesn’t disappoint! Ask for the works- spicy!

I believe the person who took my order was the owner, and he was extremely nice. The line was a bit long, which was to be expected since there weren’t many people working, but the food was definitely worth the wait. I ordered the lemon pepper chicken, dry, with French fries, and it cost roughly $17. This was my first time in Houston, and I will definitely come back. Next time, I plan to try a different kind of sauce and possibly some seafood. Thank you for the wonderful food and great service!
