WHAT AN AMAZING TIME! Brought a party of 10 for my daughter’s 17th birthday and they did NOT disappoint! The waitress was awesome, the cook Bax went above and beyond and the food was so delicious! Worth every penny we will definitely be coming back!

Restaurant is clean and the temperature is nice. Came in for a late dinner and Nina was an amazing waitress. She made our drinks and made sure to recommend the best entrees. I appreciate the staff not making us feel rushed since we did come in an hour before closing. Food was tasty and had a lot to take home.

FYI they do “holiday pricing” so lunch menu isn’t offered during New Year’s Eve (which isn’t a federal holiday). No one told us that before we sat down, I only saw it on the bill. Hibachi portion was small even though charged dinner pricing, fried rice was not included ($2.50 extra), the noodles are just oiled noodles and Hibachi veggies were undercooked. Yum yum sauce was so watery, probably to cut costs. The staff was very friendly but I don’t think the price was worth the hibachi experience. Will not return here.

First Time I went here they were very rude to me. So I gave them a second chance and again was treated poorly. I have a service dog with me and they told me I could not sit at the grill because of her. Even though my service dog would not be in the way. I have ate at restaurants in the past just like this restaurant with no issues able to sit at the grill and all with my service dog. They told me I could still have my hibachi at a regular table but of course would still pay that same cost of a hibachi meal but no show. So if I could I would give them zero stars. I can not help that I need a service animal and should not be treated differently because of that.

Let me start with the positives. My server was great. Very friendly. I also appreciated the happy hour options. Most things on the list were a dollar or two discounted, which was nice. I also liked my flavored sake. It was a fun touch. However, my two sushi rolls were pretty bland. They didn’t have much flavor and were actually dry. I had to use a lot of soy sauce. Maybe I just ordered the wrong rolls, but they were not among the best I’ve had in DFW. That being said, to each their own. The happy hour prices are good. If you’re not too picky about your sushi, and live in the area, I can see this as being a fun spot.

We visit this restaurant very frequently. It’s always busy and we always come with a group of 5 -10. We visited this past week and experienced the worst visit ever. I made a call to the restaurant to speak with the manager regarding our horrible dinner experience. I spoke with the manager via phone and she said she remembered the owner telling her about what happened. Two of our orders of sushi were never put in therefore, our meals were never brought to us. We didn’t make a big deal. We just said tell them to not make it. The manager informed me that it had not been put in. They did not make the correct amount of fried rice that we asked for therefore, it was rationed out equally, which was kid size. The rice had so much pepper in it that it was horrible and way overcooked. Our steak and chicken were completely flavorless. I blame both the chef and the waitress for our issues. We did not make a scene or an ordeal out of any of this. We paid our bill and left. What I’m flustered about is the fact that I spoke with the manager who spoke with the owner this week. The manager called me back and said he just said he was sorry and he apologizes for what happened. Didn’t try to comp our meals that were $28 plus the fried rice ect. There are too many restaurants that need business for me to make a return with our friends to have a joyful night to be treated like this. The whole situation could have been handled differently.

Good sushi. It was really hot inside the restaurant but the food and service were good. They serve hibachi and their air conditioner was not keeping the temperature down but the sushi was really good and deserves the stars. Atmosphere was fun for a small place. There were a lot of people dining in. Looks like they were seeing the Barbie move at the nearby theater. I would go back and try the hibachi.

Severely Disappointing Decline – Worst Visit
We have been loyal customers of this restaurant, having visited successfully at least five times previously. We drives from Plano. However, our dinner this past Saturday was the absolute worst experience we’ve ever had here.
From the start, the experience was unpleasant. Our waitress was unfriendly and lacked basic hospitality.
The quality issues extended immediately to the drinks: the Pepsi was noticeably watered down.
The food was the biggest disappointment. Everything was a mess; the rice was severely overcooked, and the entire dish was bland and lacked any taste or seasoning. It was truly the worst dinner we have ever had at this location.
We hope this feedback is taken seriously, as we are disappointed to see such a steep decline in standards.

Had a great date night here. The 2 of us were sat a table with another group of 5, so it was a little awkward, however the food was really good and the portion sizes were perfect.

BEWARE OF TAKEOUT ORDER PROBLEMS!
Fourth order in a row they’ve put the wrong entrees in our takeout bag but their errors experience taught me to unpack and check every item. AGAIN! The wrong entree was loaded into our order as I’m unpacking our order on the counter. How sanitary and hygienic. /s

Making matters worse, our missing entree was found by the manager in another takeout orders bag – I’m sure the other customers won’t mind their food handled by me!! So two families evenings would have been spoiled by the staff’s carelessness. I can only imagine what happens if an Uber eats order. And we didn’t get the extra sauce we ordered and paid for, at this point I think we should write this place off.

There’s absolutely no excuse for this unprofessional service and food handling, and it’s the FOURTH TIME! Food is okay, IF you get what you order.

The pictures are what my daughter found in her salad – the butt of the lettuce normally thrown out when washing the head; something I’ve never seen in a restaurant my entire life. The other picture is of fatty beef in the fried rice, yet another first. All are DISGUSTING!
