Karma Jax Beaches – A Gem!
Had the pleasure of celebrating a friend’s birthday at Karma Jax Beaches today, and this little gem honestly took my breath away. It’s a small, beautifully decorated Indian restaurant with such a warm, cozy vibe that it instantly feels like the perfect spot for an intimate dinner or a relaxed gathering.
The food was exceptional. They’ve managed to strike that rare balance of authentic North Indian flavors.
The nostalgic Indo-Chinese taste we grew up with and the pav bhaji — that perfect street-style flavor without being greasy.
Such a lovely experience overall — great food, warm ambience, and a place I’d definitely go back to.

Kofta curry was top notch, been to several Indian restaurants and this kofta is the best and very unique. We did order samosa chat and veg Hakka noodles as well, loved each of them ! Desserts were perfect too!!

Absolutely fantastic experience! The food was incredibly flavorful and authentic, with perfectly balanced spices. Every dish we tried was fresh and delicious. The ambiance is warm and inviting, and the staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Service was quick without feeling rushed. This is easily one of the best Indian restaurants in Jacksonville —highly recommended for both dine-in and takeout. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Having driven by numerous times at Jax Beach we have been very curious as we have loved Jax Spice for some time. We’ve been to Masala, Persis, Fifth Element, among others and used to love the original “India’s restaurant” off Baymeadows who used to be the flat out best until they retired. Until Karma opens their dining room please be patient with them and their system as they are working out the kinks but I appreciate the fact that they’re putting out a limited menu (5pm daily) until they’re ready to open doors. But I will say this; it was EXCELLENT. No naan-bread yet but judging off “butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, and Korma chicken” (also had samosas), the flavors, creaminess, quality was great. This has been the closest best thing to Jax Spice we have had in Jacksonville which says a lot because we’ve been to some “high ranked” Indian places in other big cities and this was even better than those. Definitely look forward to them thriving at the beaches!

My wife and I absolutely loved the Samosa Chatt and Tikka Masala Paneer. Everything we have tried here has been incredibly tasty. We are vegetarian and have eaten at quite a few Indian restaurants, but Karma is now our favorite! They have a wonderful Mango Lassi, but their Sweet Lassi was a unique treat for us, along with the delicious hot Indian Chai tea. Ashish provided delightful and attentive service during our last visit and we will definitely return very soon. Highly recommend!!

My new FAV Indian cuisine restaurant! We were absolutely blown away from the service to the dishes we enjoyed. The atmosphere is so cute as well, the attention to detail in everything they do is definitely what they’re best at!! The flavor built into my butter curry dish was phenomenal. I enjoyed a side of garlic naan that was perfectly crisped on the outside and soft on the inside.
Everyone that served us this evening was so kind, you can tell that their hearts are in it! I absolutely can not wait to go back!!

We (me, my 11-year-old son, and my son’s mom) had been wanting to try this place since seeing that they were open and even more so after hearing good things about it. Still, it wasn’t until tonight (03DEC25) that we finally did. It was amazing! The food- delicious. The service- outstanding. The ambiance- well, there is this one random bicycle wall art piece, but that’s beside the point. For the record, I had Chicken Saag Curry (initially ordered Spicy, but had to kick it to Indian Spicy), my son had Chicken Karma Curry (the flavor profile was superb), and my son’s mom had Chana Masala (she said she enjoyed it). We also had two orders of Garlic Naan because you just have to. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend anyone reading this to try it (unless you already have because clearly you know).
